Apartment holiday rentals in Canterbury

I used this accommodation for my tenants while I had the bathroom upgrades done. They were really impressed and had no complaints just compliments. Aimee gave clear instructions and guidelines as well as an early check in. Thank you Aimee.

We found Susan's appt very nice. It was spotlessly clean, such a convenient position near the CBD, very comfortable bed and we felt quite at home.

We were extremely happy with the location and the apartment. It was just a stop over, cold & wet outside. Umbrellas were supplied and we were able to get an Uber to met up with friends at the Irish pub instead of walking. The next day we checked out parked in a city carpark and explored the city by tram, lots to see & do in Christchurch. What a beautiful city! The apartment was fantastic, spotless and comfortable. Thankyou guys :)

Karen was very responsive when asked a question. Her place was very clean! It’s perfectly located to central Christchurch where all we had to do was Uber from the airport and EVERYTHING was in walking distance!! It was in a great location just far enough so you didn’t have noise, but close enough to walk to. We didn’t have any issues, so that is a bonus! She had milk in the fridge for us if we needed it! Cookies set out for us when we arrived. The whole place had everything I needed even an iron with an ironing board! Honestly it seemed even better in person than the pictures. It was so comfortable there, it felt like home. Karen was a great host! I’d stay here in a heartbeat again, it was so nice!!

Beautiful, adaptable apartment. Fabulous for families. The hosts were very responsive when we found that the iron was not working ( we needed to quickly prep for a wedding) and they also gave us an ironing board ( which wasn’t initially present). We were very very grateful for their rapid action. The apartment was squeaky clean. In summer, one will need to open the windows on the upper floor to get a cross breeze.

This place was very comfortable, with a washing machine, dishwasher, and well-equipped kitchen. Parking in front made unloading easy, and the quiet surroundings ensured a good night’s sleep. It was a great base for visiting Mount Cook, and I wished we could have stayed longer than two nights.

A beautiful space with friendly hosts.

A perfect little oasis with Hagley Park on your back doorstep. Has everything you need in the apartment & it’s central location means you are walking distance to everything the CBD has to offer. The only downside is I wished I had stayed longer!

Wonderful location and great layout, very clean and tidy. We loved our stay right in the middle of Christchurch.

Great location and perfect for two people. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by. It was nice being able to use the kitchen on the mornings where we didn't feel like going out. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Our biggest challenge was finding a place to park our rental car. Many of the close parking spots had time limits and cost money. Overall, a great place and would stay again next time we come back to Christchurch.

Great place to stay near the city

Danielle was a responsive and friendly host. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the beautiful surrounds of Sumner and delicious bakery and bar close by!

Beautiful views and very convenient being across the street from the ocean. Our kids loved being steps away from the beach. Beds were comfy. heaters were nice on chilly, rainy days. We would definitely come back!

Clean… so clean and laid out really well. A nice lounge/ kitchen area with work/dining table and a completely separate bedroom. The bathroom was immaculate! I can only recommend. Super quiet, self contained, safe off street parking and no noise. Thank you for the stay Ann-Marie.

We've been there for one day, for a nice barbeque with friends and a hot-tub session. The apartment was really clean and we felt comfortable. Chris and Julie are friendly and courteous. We recommend this accommodation!

Great little studio unit that worked well for our week long snow holiday as a couple. Easy walking distance to great local restaurants and cafes. Responsive and helpful hosts. Everything was as described and we found the place to be plenty warm with good sunlight. Thank you for having us 😀

Incredible location with amazing views of Governor’s Bay. Cannot beat it. Hot tub at sunset is fantastic.

Stayed in early March 2025. J and G provided a very comfortable home-like feel in this beautiful location overlooking the beach, which is about a 10-minute walk down the hill. The views out the back window to the east are beautiful, and the central living area is very usable, with a deck attached and plenty of windows to soak in the views. The location is within a 30-minute drive of central Christchurch. We should have stayed longer than two days here!

Place is on the small side but met all expectations and walkable to all Methven attractions!

Michael's property matched all descriptions perfectly. Communication had been great through check in all the way to check out. The property is located high up on Cashmere hills which unfortunately was out of scooter operating zone. You'll definitely need a car or Uber to get to the house. Overall, the property met our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.
