From the highest promontory of the Estate dominates the manor house, which houses the barrique, the family house, and an elegant Guest House.

The apartment has a private garden, a private parking space and a separate entrance. Outside, it is wonderful to enjoy the pool, in the private garden or in the courtyard.

The Il Monte apartment, on the first floor, takes its name from its garden side entrance, which is accessed via an external staircase that leads to a small covered terrace that can accommodate two comfortable seats for reading and relaxing and the table with private wrought iron chairs in the garden with a small gazebo.
