In an old fully renovated brick washhouse (chic and charming industrial style), we offer a well-equipped studio, with bedroom insulated by a blackout curtain, living room with a comfortable sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with walk-in shower. A terrace with a table and chairs and good exposure offers the opportunity to enjoy a small intimate garden. All the equipment available guarantees comfort and softness of life.

Air-conditioned 30 m2 cottage for 2 people

Everything needed in a completely renovated house. A large living room of 25 m2 with a bedroom area (comfortable double bed) with a wardrobe, a living area, a connected Samsung TV, a table and 2 chairs. You have a kitchen equipped with induction hobs, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. In the bathroom you will find shower gel, shampoo and towels.

Studio with independent access in our garden facing the pool in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Located 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes by car (or 25 minutes by bus) from the center of Bordeaux. Parking is free and easy on the street. The pool is shared with our family.
