Townhouse holiday rentals in Mérignac

An extremely rare level of service. I travel regularly, I use Booking or Airbnb to find my accommodations. I put it on the same level as a duplex that I rented in Aix en Provence 8th floor double orientation overlooking the Montagne Ste Victoire... This Bordeaux address deserves 5 stars for the design and layout of the very large living room that opens onto a south/south east facing garden ideal for dinner under the stars. Thanks to the air conditioning, the comfort of the floor is perfect for serene nights. The calm of the surroundings ensures a stay in total calm. Not to mention the pool not very large but which allows you to cool off on summer evenings (I'll have to come back to enjoy it). And finally, unbeatable value for money and the relationship with hosts based on mutual trust. A summit 👍

We had a great stay at Christine’s place! The location’s great, in a nice peaceful area, but just a couple of minutes by tram from the historic centre. There are supermarkets nearby so very convenient to get food. We were all very impressed with the accommodation, were very comfortable, and found it relaxing in between our trips to see the historic centre and the rugby! Christine was very welcoming, gave us a great description of what was on offer to do/see in Bordeaux, and was also very helpful in sorting out a medical appointment for me! 😄 We’d definitely stay again!

the home is simply adorable... the spiral stairs were fun to navigate with our luggage but part of the experience. The beds are comfortable and we all sleep well. Unique, and great place to stay I would highly recommend it and would stay again! Loved it :)

Such a lovely place, we really enjoyed our stay. Not a huge amount to do in the immediate area (we did not have a car with us) but the house itself is gorgeous and a lovely place to chill out. The place would benefit from a couple of small essentials to make things easier for guests (eg. Towels, kettle, dishwasher detergent, olive oil and salt and pepper etc.) but otherwise was an amazing place with plenty at our disposal. It’s a great house for kids: open plan, travel cot and bedding provided, very cute kids’ bedroom and Anne was kind enough to let our daughter use the toys at the house too.

We had a great weekend with friends, in a nice house, located close to the city center and in a peaceful area.

I highly recommend Eric's accommodation, 2 steps from the tram, very clean and well-equipped. Communication is clear and the value for money is one of the best in Begles! I'll try to go back for a future business trip.

Beautiful atypical house that Gregroic has preserved. It is ideally placed for tourism in Bordeaux and its surroundings. 5min walk from the boat and bus shuttle. The tram deserts all its lines. We had a great time! The accommodation is perfect for hosting a large group with a large table in the dining room that allows everyone to gather comfortably. The proximity to tram A is a real asset, making our stay even more enjoyable. Host was very responsive, making it easy to communicate. I would highly recommend it!

We came as a family with 4 young kids and loved our stay at Gilles’ house - he was proactive in sorting out parking for us and enabling us to use the pool. Would highly recommend for visiting Bordeaux - it’s right next to the bus stop!

Everything went very well both for the accommodation offered by Marion and for communication. For us it was ideally located and pleasantly located, quiet, close to the train station, the center and our place of work.

This house is very nice for two people, and close to the center of Talence. A good place that I would recommend.
