Located in rural Berkswell, The Annex @ Barn Lodge is 15 mins from the NEC with easy access to road, air & rail networks. A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

Situated in a rural part of Solihull lies the small but idyllic village of Barston. 10 minute drive to both Solihull Town Centre & NEC/Birmingham Airport & Birmingham International train station. Numerous walking routes, National Trust & historic points of interest in close proximity. The Boat House is a self contained annex, complete with entrance hall, en-suite bathroom, upstairs bedroom & sitting area. Airport shuttle & on site parking available. Space for cot. The property is a self-contained annex built onto a bungalow. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a room with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.
