Come and recharge in our artists' home, nestled in greenery and full of character. We are five minutes from Montfort l'Amaury. On the ground floor, a large open living space with open kitchen, a big dining table and fireplace. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with their own shower room. On the first floor, the master bedroom and magnificent bathroom with free standing bath, a huge kids' bedroom complete with toys. There is a lovely private garden and south facing terrace with a BBQ.

Welcome home from the park. On the edge of a private park in a very quiet and green setting, this 45m2 apartment, adjoining the main house, was carefully made in 2025 and is a 5-minute walk from the historic center. This independent accommodation, close to amenities, overlooking a paved courtyard, very sunny in the morning, is composed of a living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen and a master suite. Swimming pool heated to 28 degrees from April to September.
