On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. The tiny house is located on the edge of a one-hectare field, in the middle of a wine-growing and agricultural land cultivated organically with the Diois mountains as a backdrop. It's a secluded and natural farmhouse. The river is a 5-10 minute walk, by small wild trails, crossing the Natura 2000 area. The lucky ones will be able to observe beavers, kingfishers, and yellow wagtails. This maisonette is intended for nature lovers, looking for a quiet and wild corner.

Completely renovated and equipped accommodation in an old house in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Benoit-en-Diois, classified as historic thanks to its 12th century church. Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).

Under the Glandasse mountain, start of walks or hikes through the vineyards, Noyers, or in the mountains. 45 m² cottage/furnished tourist accommodation: 3 stars for 4 people. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Beds are made on arrival, towels included, as well as the big departure cleaning.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
