It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Le logement dispose d'une terrasse privative et un grand parc partagé avec les habitants de la propriété. L'été vous bénéficierez du confort de la climatisation et d'un salon de jardin. Si vous venez en famille avec votre bébé, nous avons tout l'équipement nécessaire (lit à barreau, baignoire, tapis de jeu, transat...). Le gîte est situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Die, et à 5 minutes à pied de la gare. Nous mettons également à disposition des voyageurs des vélos.

The p'Tiny of the tit

The tiny house is located on the edge of a one-hectare field, in the middle of a wine-growing and agricultural land cultivated organically with the Diois mountains as a backdrop. It's a secluded and natural farmhouse. The river is a 5-10 minute walk, by small wild trails, crossing the Natura 2000 area. The lucky ones will be able to observe beavers, kingfishers, and yellow wagtails. This maisonette is intended for nature lovers, looking for a quiet and wild corner.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
