Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Mendocino County

The River View House was wonderful! Very quiet and peaceful - great for the 7 guests we brought. The river was fun for a quick dip once in a while. The home was clean and spacious. Plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen dishes for us. Nancy was super responsive and helpful. We are planning to come back to the same rental again! We didn’t add on the studio, but likely will next time if we have more guests or more than 2 couples.

Denise is a fantastic host. Not only is the place gorgeous and accessible, but the amenities are top notch. She's very responsive and accommodating to any of our requests. We celebrated our one year anniversary here after having a great time last year and this could very well be an annual thing, it's very special to us. Hands down, must stay. Thanks for everything Denise!

As usual my stay at the SeaRiver house was fantastic. It is by far my favorite place to stay on the north coast . Had amazingly clear weather the first 2 days and nights. The views are unparalleled from the home. I also was able to star gaze the first 2 nights - highly recommend doing this if you are lucky to have a clear night. Peter is an extraordinary host that goes above and beyond if there are any little glitches. 5 stars hardly tells the story of this home.

We had a lovely stay at the lakehouse. A few small issues cropped up during the stay and Amber responded quickly. The handyman who comes to maintain and fix things is also a friendly guy. The view of the lake is beautiful and I enjoyed waking up to catch the sunrises. We were on a family vacation with a few kids and they had a blast at the house with all the fun games they could play, like ping pong and cornhole.

A bit more than I usually would pay but the house was perfect for our needs. We used every opportunity the house provided. Internet was spotty most of the visit so I suggest packing a few favorite movies.

My four friends and I enjoyed our stay at Natasha’s very much. The house is as described, and we enjoyed the hot tub outside and the big windows in the living room and primary bedroom/bathroom. Very quick drive to downtown Mendocino. It was clean and we had everything we needed for a quick two-night stay for a wedding in the area. Natasha checked in with me leading up to our stay, and reminded me that service may be spotty. WiFi was satisfactory though! Beautiful location, and I do recommend Natasha’s place!

The fully fenced yard was an added bonus for the dogs & kids, they could romp & play without any worries. Property location was perfect, very quiet & serene. There were 11 of us and 2 pups so we were cozy :)... The Spa was the perfect way to end the day.

We loved the entire property. the kids and dogs played ball in the front yard and the fire pit was amazing for smores. The gas fire pit on the porch was great for watching the sunset over the ocean. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Being dog friendly was so important to our family. We loved the pool at the community center, the beaches and the Skunk train. Great birthday celebration house.

This place was exactly what I needed for a quick getaway from the city. The views are absolutely breathtaking — even better than the photos! It's private, peaceful, and feels like a true retreat. Sarah, the host, was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. The location was easy to find, and the drive out there was simple and scenic. The house itself is a perfect balance of modern comfort and natural charm. It has all the amenities you need without feeling disconnected from the beautiful surroundings. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing escape.

My family had a great stay at the Secret Garden. Kathleen was communicative from before the trip began and easily accommodated a late check-in. The house was charming with visual interest everywhere. Our kids really loved the fun paintings and decor. The kitchen was suitable for making a few meals and reheating food. The only quirk with the house is that you have to go through one bedroom and the bathroom in order to get to the second bedroom. (Not a problem for us.) The hot tub was a real highlight. It was spacious, clean, and it afforded us the rare opportunity to stare up at the stars through the redwoods while soaking in hot water. What's not to like? The house itself is situated about five minutes outside of Fort Bragg off a country road. The combination of seclusion and proximity to town, beaches, and sand dunes was incredible. We would stay at the Secret Garden again.

Such a beautiful and magical location. We felt so cosy and comfortable – the bedding was lovely, and the room warmed up quickly, which made it extra snug. The shower was great – powerful and refreshing – and we were given plenty of towels too, which is always appreciated. It was such a peaceful experience waking up surrounded by trees. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more special.

This is my third time staying at the Navarro house and it gets better every time. It’s perfect for a family, young and old with it feeling like an adventure out of the city to a peaceful, welcoming home with a beautiful view, great amenities and a wonderful host. This is one of those places you want to tell friends about but the more people know about it, the harder it is to book. Our family enjoyed BBQ dinners, hot tubbing day and night (stars) with a walk to the beach where you feel like you’re in a movie. Private and welcoming. My mother sat in the picture window reading her books and joined us by the fire at night. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all you need for people and pets. Can’t wait to go back.

Exceeded my expectations...perfect cozy private getaway...was visited by tuxedo kitty..loved the animals...will visit again soon.

This 4 bed downstairs unit was great for our crew of 4 guys on an XC motorcycle trip. The cedar hot tub was an epic bonus.

Great spot! Even better than it looks in the pictures. Everything is clean and well stocked. Property is very unique and it is clear that a lot of care went into setting this place up.
