Built from scratch just 25 years ago repurposing original stone from a Roman-era building, it combines modern comfort with a rural soul. Enjoy exposed beam tall ceilings, stone floors, lovely outdoor space, uninterrupted lake views—especially the stars—and a perfect base for hiking, boating, relaxing, sunbathing, and savoring local cuisine.

An oasis of peace in nature awaits you 20 minutes from Lecco. Bring your family or come with friends for fun. A grill under the porch and a large table to welcome you will allow you to enjoy the view. The house, spartan but with all the necessities, will host you upstairs with the bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a bathroom. All surrounded by woods, rivers, lakes and mountains. The 2.5km road to reach it is unpaved.

Two bedroom cabin, large living room and garden immersed in the greenery of nature. Reachable about 20 minutes on foot from Albogasio superior (650 meters on foot, difference in height (from parking) 200 meters approx.). Free parking at the foot of the climb. The house is close to Switzerland and Porlezza and is not far from the lake and some refreshing rivers (you have to get off the climb to reach them). From the cabin some interesting excursions start. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.
