Seems I manifested this stay. Growing up close to NE Indian hill stations, studying etc. always wanted to stay in a quaint, cozy hill top home overlooking the misty hills, watching sunrise from the balcony, have outdoor breakfast in the lap of nature, cooking maggi in hills, having coffee overlooking the hills. All these came true. Latha, Rajni, Selvi big thanks for such a lovely place. The road leading to the place is also very navigable. Walkable & short drive from local market should you need anything. Befriended a new feline friend as well. Latha’s place is just what your soul needs in the hills.

The place is almost 5-6 kms away from the town but very peaceful, serene and private. Biswajit Sir and his son Shavira were super helpful with everything we needed - lunch, dinner or local recommendations and very responsive. We also got an opportunity to meet both of them in person and it was great to meet such like minded people. Food was amazing (customised home food, as required). Overall, great stay and a wonderful place for a peaceful vacation with family. Thank you for the experience 🙏.

Our stay at Bewin's place was absolutely lovely. It's perfect if you're looking to get away for a few days and want somewhere that is quiet and secluded. The view, especially at night of the entire city was absolutely breathtaking, and overall, the place was neat and clean. A few technical points to note about the location: 1) While swiggy and zomato do deliver, it may not be available 24/7, especially at night, which is when most places close, therefore it would be a good idea to order takeaway. 2) The location is a bit far from the city itself (which worked for us, but it may not be great for everyone else) and would require transport to get there. However, there is a natural history museum that can be walked to. Bewin was an excellent host as well, he ensured that he always communicated with us on time, and helped out whenever possible. Overall, a great experience, had a lot of fun.
