Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.
