The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. The newly furnished apartment and the cozy terrace invite you to relax or have cozy barbecue evenings. The property is connected with a bike path to the ports of Schaprode and Wittower Fähre. A riding stable is close by. Many interesting excursion destinations are only a few kilometers away, such as the island of Hiddensee. Beaches and restaurants are within easy reach.

Welcome to the "Hafenidyll" on the Peenestrom directly on the harbor Rankwitz with its own water access. It sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms. In addition, an isolated and renovated construction trailer is available as an adventurous sleeping option for another 4 people in the garden. The living room with fireplace, the master bedroom and the kitchen with terrace face the water. There is also a sauna, a playground and a swimming area in the garden of the property.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
