The apartment is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Family vacation in the "Hafenidyll am Peenestrom"

Welcome to the "Hafenidyll" on the Peenestrom directly on the harbor Rankwitz with its own water access. It sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms. In addition, an isolated and renovated construction trailer is available as an adventurous sleeping option for another 4 people in the garden. The living room with fireplace, the master bedroom and the kitchen with terrace face the water. There is also a sauna, a playground and a swimming area in the garden of the property.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

You have your peace with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who want to spend the whole day just on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....
