Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Melide

We were a family of 5 staying at Fredrick’s place. It had everything it said it would. The hot tub had a wonderful view of the lake and we even got a surprise firework show right in front of the house. Parking was challenging, so keep that in mind if you drive. We would probably not choose to do that next time.

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved our time. The view was brilliant — truly one of the most beautiful we’ve seen. Andrea was a fantastic host — welcoming, thoughtful, and kind. He even surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. The hot tub experience was extraordinary and added so much to the stay. We also checked out a little late, and Andrea was kind enough to accommodate us without any hassle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone — it’s a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty around. Thank you, Andrea!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

We loved this place! Eros and Daniel were responsive hosts and so friendly! They had a book listing all of the things to do in the area including restaurants we might like to try. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable! The private garden overlooking the lake is so beautiful! We spent afternoons and evenings in the garden. The bus stop is super close to this place, so we could hop on and ride easily to nearby towns. We will definitely be back! If you don’t book this place you will be missing out!!

Our stay really exceeded our expectations, we were so happy with everything. The place was very peaceful and the house had everything that we could ever wish for. Cristian was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay and he was so thoughtful and even provided us with children’s stuff and toys, which was greatly appreciated. He even gave our 3-year old daughther a gift that she could play with during our stay, so kind! Laglio was a great choice for us as we had a car and wanted a small and not too crowded place to stay at. With Cristian’s help we found everything we needed and we really loved the Da Luciano restaurant in Laglio, as well as the boat tour that we booked from Laglio. We also appreciated the free parking. All in all, we simply could not be happier about our stay and we warmly recommend this place to others.

L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et joliment meublé. Le jardin, bien que commun, est magnifique et plein de charme. Nous n’avons pas vu Nicolas, ni eu aucun contact ni nouvelles de sa part, mais la femme de ménage était très gentille et attentionnée. Elle fait tout pour que les clients se sentent bien.

We had the pleasure of spending a few unforgettable days at Katie’s beautiful apartment in Ronco sopra Ascona. The view is absolutely breathtaking – Lake Maggiore stretches out at your feet, with Ascona and the Brissago Island in full view, framed by the surrounding mountains. The long hours of sunshine on the spacious terrace were a true highlight. The apartment is nice furnished, very well maintained, and offers plenty of space with its three bedrooms – ideal for families or small groups. Everything was clean and perfectly prepared – you can tell Katie is a thoughtful and caring host. The location is peaceful, yet just a short drive from Ascona and the lake. The combination of privacy, stunning views, and comfort makes this place a real gem. We’d love to come back – thank you, Katie!

Die Villa Ena war für unseren Trip nach Como einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war makellos, sauber und schön ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist dabei das Bett, welches traumhaft war! Die Aussicht auf den See war von der ganzen Wohnung aus vorhanden und hat es uns sehr angetan. Die Villa ist zentral in Como gelegen (ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss in die Stadt) und zugleich trotzdem in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Claudia war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Wir würden die Villa für einen Aufenthalt in Como unbedingt weiterempfehlen!

Stayed here for a few days, incredible views. Very beautiful location in a very peaceful town. It's a great retreat and place to relax in the area. A couple of restaurants walking distance but the return may be a bit intense if you're not too good with hills and stairs. Parking is very easy and a short walk to the entrance. Very clean apartment with a very good AC in each room, solid wifi, smart tv and comfortable beds. I would definitely return and stay here as long as I could.

Feriebolig med en fantastisk udsigt over Comosøen. Lejligheden er perfekt til 2, med køkken, bad og soveværelse. Da vi var på besøg, brugte vi stortset kun terrassen, som havede en storslået udsigt.

We loved Nadia and Davide’s place! It was just as the pictures show with a stunning view, spotless, and had everything we needed for our short stay. The hosts were extremely helpful with suggestions for navigation and restaurant recommendations, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you for your warm hospitality Nadia and Davide, and we would definitely book again in the future!

My husband and I stayed in Mennagio for 2 nights and we felt right at home. Antoinetta provided detailed instructions for arriving, and she even made us some food upon arriving at her home. We felt so welcomed right away. She showed us the best way to walk to town, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes. The unit is very spacious and looks just like the photos. We were very comfortable here and we would definitely come back if we ever visited Mennagio again.

This is a one of a kind airbnb - an extremely beautiful home. Great for a romantic trip. If you are planning to do significant travel in between towns, it is a bit more difficult location-wise as it is a ~20-25 minute walk (no sidewalk) to Torno for ferries and taxis are hard to come by, but you can plan your day around the ferry times. Monica was very responsive and made check-in easy. Would stay here again.

It was a wonderful apartment with astonishing views from all rooms and even the bathroom.  Designed with care and good taste. With attention to the details. Perfectly clean and a lot of sunlight.  Welcome drinks, snacks, and even local cake were a pleasant surprise. Thank you, we will definitely come back.

Alessandra a été proactive et nous a bien conseillé. Son appartement est très propre et bien rangé. Il offre tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour, même prolongé (cuisine, terrasse, etc). L’endroit est très calme. Il préférable d’avoir son propre véhicule mais les transports publics sont aussi possible pour aller directement à Lugano ou Bellinzona. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un séjour au Tessin. Merci Alessandra!

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

The best breathtaking view. A little tricky to find however Adele was duper helpful guiding us to the condo. Felt very private and was very modern. Menaggio is cute small village. recommend visitor center in town for I n formation on ferry schedule. Lots of public parking and super market "Conad" has their own parking too. Check open hours as everything closes in the afternoon and reopens later. I would stay here again.

What a beautiful property. Super clean and tidy with everything you could need. There is a lovely walk into Bellagio from the property. We really enjoyed staying here and the host is fantastic. Great communication, and fantastic recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much for having us ☺️

Wir haben uns in Pamelas wunderschöner Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr liebevolle, durchdachte Einrichtung, alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr persönlich und liebevoll gestaltet. Für uns als Familie mit 3 Kindern absolut perfekt!! Caslano ist ein hübscher Ort, wir hatten noch das Street Food Festival. Pamelas Tipps fürs Grotto und Take-Away-Pizza waren genial!!!

Was immediately drawn to the charm of this place! Loved the location by the waterfall, bridge and boat landing. Loved the walk past the boat landing that had incredible views of the lake, the flavor and history of the town…I walked on the cobblestones all the way to the church. I recommend taking the hosts instructions on taking the bus from the train station to his place in Nesso. It was definitely fun to walk from the train station into Como downtown and eat lunch, but getting the bus from there to his place is very hectic and crazy. The buses fill up fast from there with all the Lakeside people! You will save time by walking back to the train station and getting the bus from there. We happened to be there on a holiday weekend the end of May and the buses were not reliable. And the lines were long. I recommend the boats, they are more reliable. But hint… when we went to Bellagio, they said to get in line a half an hour before your boat takes off..you need more time! At least 45.

We had an amazing experience staying at Alessia’s place. Alessia was very responsive and welcomed us when we arrived to her Airbnb. The place was very clean and had amazing views. Highly recommend

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable.
