Monthly Rentals in Melbourne Beach

Linda’s place was just beautiful! The decor and surroundings had the feel of being on a wellness retreat, very quaint and serene. The home was spotless and well equipped with everything you’d need while on vacation, down to the beach chairs and body boards located in the little closet out front. Linda and her husband are so friendly, we had a nice chat with them during our stay. Flexible with our check-out time too as we had a mid-morning meeting that ran a little longer than expected. We travel to the east coast quite often and will be keeping an eye on Linda’s home suite for our future trips to Melbourne beach!

A+ with bonus points. We have stayed with Patty before. She is the perfect host. Available non intrusive goes the extra mile. The apartment is totally comfortable with outdoor bacony seating off the kitchen. Beautiful mature trees. You feel you are in a tree house and lots of birds. It is clear Patty respects the earth and values the environment. Totally walkable to downtown Melbourne and a great walk across the bridge to Indialantic for an extended walk on the beach and restaurants. Not into walking no worries. A short drive to everything you need. Stay at Patty's place and enjoy all the amenities she has to offer.

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

Love our stay. Short walk to the beach. The beach itself was uncrowded which was amazing. The house was great. The amount of DVDs were a nice bonus. Overall highly recommend. Can't wait to stay here again.
