Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

The house was absolutely beautiful, found it last minute and was super easy to find. Close to everything we needed during our baseball tournament weekend. Super friendly and highly recommend staying here!! Price was great, host was amazing!

The Quaint & Quiet Beachside Retreat was incredible! The location was top notch - extremely walkable to the beach and to local restaurants, coffee shop, market, ice cream shop, park and more. The backyard is very spacious - only note that the pool is only accessible by ladder not stairs so to be mindful with elderly or less agile guests. But the pool was very clean and great temperature and very enjoyable! Zach was an excellent host and very responsive when we had questions! My family could not stop raving about how amazing this vacation was and we would stay here again!

Great place to spend the night if you are flying in the day before a cruise. The house is extremely easy to find and close to the main road while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Home was clean and exactly as pictured. We didn’t swim while there because it was raining but the pool looked refreshing. Awesome place to vacation.

Chelsi and Marc were perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped and the pool area is amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were at the property and they had even arranged flowers for her which she loved. One of the best properties we have stayed in! Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

We so enjoyed our stay that we extended another few days. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the 60’s decor and the terrazzo floor. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with a great park right around the corner where we were able to walk our dogs every day. About 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach. And my favorite..the tropical plants in the backyard with a huge saltwater pool! Beth was exceptional when it came to responding to my messages, usually within minutes and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we had any questions or needs! We are already planning our trip for next year!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

Wow! My husband and I were really blown away by how beautiful this spot is. If you’re looking for a nostalgic beach house with a beautiful view of the ocean this house is definitely worth booking. The back deck overlooking the beach is perfect. I LOVED how accessible the beach is. We enjoyed getting up & watching the sunrise every morning as we drank coffee. The bed was perfect with super soft linens. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need as far as glassware & utensils go. Overall the house was very clean and cool enough to escape the heat. We felt very safe in the area and the neighbors/beachgoers were all very sweet. We will definitely be rebooking! Thank you so much for having us! We wish we didn’t have to leave 😭🫶🏻😘

This was a last minute trip for our family before our daughter left for the summer. She wanted to go to the beach and Airbnb found this place for us. Honestly, we didn't expect a private beach with so little activity, but I don't know if we can go back to sharing a beach after staying at this place. The house was perfect for the three of us and our dog, who is almost 17 years old and hasn't been to a beach in nine years. We were able to walk on the beach for miles and enjoyed some extended family time. Lindsey checked on us after we checked in and made us feel very welcomed. We were there for two days since that's all the days available, but we'll be going back hopefully sometime soon.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Melbourne Beach, FL. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing Memorial Day getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Anna’s place was perfect!! It was just as described, very clean and very well appointed furnishings. She was very responsive when we needed a few more towels and quick to answer any questions. My kids had a great time at the beach. The waves were perfect for boogie boarding & the beach was so clean and easy to get to. We would definitely book Annas place again!!

This was a great house. Loved the location and is very private. You are right on the beach and not crowded. The house is very clean and has everything you need. We had 6 adults and 5 children and had plenty of room. Pool and hot tub was very nice.

Wonderful stay for 7 adults and 1 small dog. Very comfortable, clean, & well stocked house. Pool was a lot of fun to gather around. Plenty of games were available at the house for guests' use. A short walk to the clean beach. We watched a rocket lift from the beach one night. Many restaurants were available within 5 minutes driving distance. Any questions or concerns were dealt with efficiently & professionally by Jose, who was always available via text. We would happily rent this property again. We were sad to end our vacation. Me and my two daughters stayed at Linh's place for 5 nights/6 days for a quick beach getaway. The house was beautiful with all the amenities described. The location was private but with easy access to all the beaches and local restaurants. Within 1 hour 30 minutes to the Disney Parks and Orlando center. The pool was perfect! We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend her place to anyone traveling as a group or large family. We hope to be back soon! Thank you for sharing your home with us :)

We had a wonderful time. The place was very cozy, and we felt right at home. Everything we needed was spelled out in a book or sent to me ahead of time, so I never had to reach out. It was quiet and private, yet it was close enough to restaurants and downtown that we could easily walk. I would plan to seek out this location in future visits.

I had a wonderful stay at this cute and well-equipped Airbnb! The hosts thought of everything with nice little extras like sunscreen and shampoo as well as beach accessories. The landscape is beautiful, making you feel like you're in your own botanical garden. The front yard has a fantastic dining and grill area under the shaded pergola, ideal for outdoor meals. I particularly loved the swivel Adirondack chairs by the front door; a great place to sit with a book or a cup of coffee. The backyard is wonderful, featuring a hot tub and a beautifully lit pergola - a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Location-wise, it’s close to everything, including the beach, which was very convenient. This place is great for everyone: solo travelers, couples, girls' trips, and families. Wow! This property had it all. It was perfect for our family get away. Ping pong, kayaks, paddle boards, and the most peaceful back “yard” ever. We saw dolphins, manatees, and birds galore. Our family made memories and relaxed well.

This was our second time staying at his beach house. It is in a perfect location, not many people on the beach which makes it so much more enjoyable and just a few steps from the patio to the sand which we absolutely love. The house has everything we needed. Nari is a great host who responds quickly and is very kind. The beds are comfortable and the lay out is nice. It was great waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean each morning. Thanks for a great stay Nari! We will be back!

Our family visited friends that live in Melbourne. We loved the home, pool, and the proximity to the beach. However, the best thing about this house is the large screened-in-porch. Elias was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

I can only say good things about Levi’s place! The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were 6 people (3 adults, 3 children) and we never run out of towels! The house was very confortable and the outside was amazing! The beach is a short drive from the house and the hosts provided all the equipment to make it even more enjoyable! I looked at several other places before choosing this one, and I can 100% recommend this house to other guests.
