Beach condo holiday rentals in Melbourne

Josephine’s place was great. Spacious 2 bedroom , nice balcony, Clean, amazing location near the beach 200mts train station opposite. We extended our stay and Josephine was responsive and provided clear instructions. I m happy to recommend the apartment

James was away for the first few days of our stay but it was very easy to settle in and find everything we needed. As our daughter, we were visiting, lives across the road from James, it was extremely convenient. That also meant that we were mostly with her. We really only slept in Jame's apartment and we don't eat breakfast, just a cup of tea. However, the kitchen was really well equiped and he had provided basics for cooking if required. The finishes throughout the apartment were of a high standard. The bedroom and living space received a lot of sun, which made the apartment cheerful. We had very little time conversing with James as he heads off to work early and we would return to the apartment quite late, but the time we did have together, he was very personable. We had such an amazing time at Ros’s place! It’s in such a great location - right on the water, with a great view of the ocean, pier, lighthouse and the area. Quiet and felt private despite being on a main road. Very walkable, with tram and bus stops very close by that go straight into the city. Grocery stores and multiple cafes and restaurants within walking distance, lots of great options for whatever you are feeling. The place was even better than the photos - very spacious, clean and liveable. Ros was extremely friendly, helpful and answered any questions and queries we had. She made us feel welcome and right at home. Definitely will come back and stay in the future!

Dorothy is a sweet and wonderful person, a fantastic host! She made me feel right at home, always up for a conversation and a little laugh 😊 The place was as described and was the perfect place to call home for a week - hoping I can stay again in future trips!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

I loved staying at Amy’s She is an amazing host and her place had a wonderful energy and everything you could want or need I couldn’t recommend her more highly 🌹🙏🏻

Una’s apartments was a delight to check into. With welcoming treats. Laundry facilities and detergent. Shampoo and conditioner. Just what I needed after a long trip. Coffee as well. Great location. A picnic basket too. Una was so understanding and fabulous to communicate with. I really felt spoilt. Thank you again for having me and Buddy to stay. Really grateful.

Luke and Emi's place was the perfect place to land in Melbourne. Well located, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach!!! Super quiet at the same time. Comfy bed and nice shower. Luke and Em were always responsive and really helpful. We would definitely come back :)

Incredibly easy to find and check in. Samuel was very responsive and everything was very clean when we arrived. The flat is a nice place to enjoy the local area and close to the train station to see the rest of Melbourne. Highly recommend!

Clean and modern. With everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tram. We stayed a very cold winters weekend and apartment was warm and cosy.

Mia’s property was perfect for my business stay, but I know if I was to stay for leisure, it would be equally as perfect! It had everything I needed and Mia’s communication could not be faulted.

It was a great location - we were going to the Grand Prix and it was within walking distance. The beach was nearby and there were a number of options for eating out. Hannah was a great host and it was easy to stay there.

We had a great stay in Nattarika's apartment. Communication was easy and very responsive. Patisserie below apartment building had great coffee and treats. Plenty of restaurants around also. Highly recommend. Thanks for the stay :)
