What an incredible home. The external view from the house was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a very minor glitch at check-in where I transposed the door code. I called Emily and Andreas was able to let us in remotely! It was awesome. House felt like it was brand new! Emily had done a lot of little things to make our stay better, like coffee, tea, dishwashing & laundry detergent being available for us. Plus some welcome snacks! Made us feel welcomed and at home! Would definitely come back!

Had a comfortable stay. Had everything we needed and was so close to some really great food/wine spots and cafes. Also very easy to get the tram into the city.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved spending the weekend here. Beautiful home, very cozy, with everything you need, and such a quick walk to everything (although its almost better to stay inside by the fire). The hosts are super responsive, very helpful and flexible! Would definitely stay again if I’m in town.

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. We loved our stay here and the hosts Jared and Kristy were lovely and very responsive! Studio was nice, cozy and clean. It was more spacious than we expected for the 3 of us. Weather was freezing in Melb and a heater was also kindly set up for us. Location is fantastic, in front of the beautiful Carlton Gardens and easily walkable to the city and surrounding suburbs (e.g. Fitzroy). We left our car in the car park and walked everywhere we wanted. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby (also appreciated the recommendations by the hosts). Apartment complex is very secure (incl. car park). We'd like stay here when we visit Melb again in the near future.

Rodger is an absolute legend—the best host you can meet!!!!! Everyone needs to experience this apartment when visiting Melbourne. If you love the fast pace of people having fun, you are staying at the best location—close to everything you need to have fun!!!! This apartment has charm and character. Rodger makes sure his apartments are well-kept to ensure that each experience you have is the best one! Want to experience another one of Rodgers' apartments - look up his 192 Little Collins Street apartment - another must stay When I was down in Melbourne, I stayed at both !!

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. It was challenging to locate the place initially with 3 towers close to each other but got around it with the help of the shop staff nearby. As it’s close to the train and police stations, traffic sounds were audible at night. Else an amazing apartment with great furnishings that’s near the central area.

Michelle's place is in a fantastic location, convenient to everything you'd want to do in the city. The apartment is clean, with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Michelle is a super responsive host and we can't thank her enough for organising an early check in.

We had a thoroughly delightful stay at this wonderful urban oasis! Well-situated so we could get right out into the thick of all that Fitzroy has to offer, but also tucked away for quiet and privacy--it was perfect. The space itself was functional, vibrant, comfortable, and fun to hang out in. Sickness prevented me from going out one day, and it was as lovely to hang out inside as it might have been fun to go out! Sarah was an extremely kind and flexible host, granting us early check-in when requested. She was quick to respond to our messages and questions, and fun to bump into as we were coming and going. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we loved it and hope we can come back someday!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

I was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. The check in is super easy and the apartment is exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Melbourne central area.

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.
