With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

Idyllic village life with good train connection

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We offer a cozy, fully furnished apartment close to Bad Rodach. The location is quiet and rural. There are beautiful hiking and biking trails in the area to explore nature. At the front door, we have set up an exchange shelf where everyone can take a souvenir for free. Many shops, a gas station, a thermal bath, bakery and café are about 6 km away, in Bad Rodach.

Our stay was actually on our wedding weekend and everything was tiptop ☺️ easy check-in, we were able to check out relatively spontaneously even later for a small surcharge and in the accommodation you had everything you need :) nice contact and you always 👍🏼 had a quick answer definitely recommendable :)

Our stay was simply great, we felt right at home. The apartment really offers everything you have at home. The bed is a dream😌. Everything is very clean, bright, spacious, even a generous freezer is available. Lots of nature directly within walking distance but also many possibilities to do something by car (Erfurt/Weimar/Coburg) 😊 but even after 1 week stay - the time was far too short. The contact with Nicole and her family was also very nice, you felt welcome right away🤗. We really lacked nothing, definitely worth a visit - be it for hiking, for city trips or simply to relax again. Dear Nicole - Thank you for everything 🙏 Best wishes and all the best to 🍀 you and your family ♥️

Stephan is a very likeable host, check-in and communication before and during the stay were great. The apartment is tasteful and high-quality down to the last detail and super clean. The bed is a dream! In Stephan's beautiful "Cortendorfer Stadel" below the apartment you can end the evenings with great food, good wine and great ice cream.

We were absolutely impressed with the accommodation . The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are absolutely clean, the mini bar is abundantly stocked at fair prices and with the pool table, air hockey, poker set and Nintendo Wii there is almost no reason to leave the accommodation. In the garden you can barbecue and use the sauna and hot tub. Steven is an excellent host. If you have any questions or concerns, he is always available and takes care of it immediately. Clear recommendation!
