Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Among other things, there is a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eater Giovanni Midwoud that also delivered. There is a motorboat available for a fee. You are fifteen minutes to the IJsselmeer and with half an hour to the beach.

Welcome to our lovely house 'Behind the Turf' in Medemblik. Located on the waterfront. At the front there is ample parking for your car, and if you come by boat then you can moor it in the Westerhaven. The house offers plenty of comfort and is within walking distance of the center, where shops, restaurants and cozy terraces are present. Medemblik is located on the IJsselmeer and the surrounding dike where you can enjoy the West-Friese environment. Amsterdam is 50 km away.

In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.
