Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Medellín River

Stayed a month. Five stars. Excellent host. Honest review below: Good: location, host kind and responsive, security, and cost. Any thing that was needed she quickly brought to the unit. Something not right, she fixed it immediately. WiFi excellent. 10/10 for her customer service. Close to great food and groceries. Things to note: the bathroom is small and the layout is awkward (shower then sink). 183cm/6ft person fits below the shower. Water pressure was amazing and hot when desired. Private entry with three keys felt really nice but apartment in the first floor and both windows open into parking areas so you can hear a lot of everyone entering and leaving. The street noise is substantial some days, but she is replacing a window this week, may improve. Had to purchase a pillow which was more comfortable than what was provided. Overall 5 stars for price and host, just know about the above and you’ll have an amazing time.

Perfect spot for a solo traveler or a couple. Amazing surrounding with Primer Parque de Lauereles in front and many places to walk by. Great location to enjoy Medellín!

The apartment is beautiful, just as seen in the photos, they delivered it well cleaned and with the necessary implements. It is located in the upper part of the Loma de San José so if they go by car take into account that the engine must be on the 100 as we saw several cars that skated more with rain.

Esteban is a good person. The house is comfortable, nice and impeccable. 100% recommended. If you are looking for a place to spend a good time in the city of Medellin, this apartment in the Zurich building is the best. It is in a quiet place, with access to a nearby shopping center, bakeries, restaurants, and stores. Easy access to any means of transportation. It is well located. I have no complaints about the place. What you see in the photo is what it really is. The building has 24-hour security. The security guards are very friendly, especially one in particular.

Overall it was a good stay. The plants give a pleasant atmosphere to the place. It's comfortable and and well decorated

Overall, everything was great. the place was clean, communication was smooth, check-in was easy, and the location was excellent. However, the unit is close to the street, so you may hear traffic noise from the rooms, and the lack of blackout curtains could make it less ideal for light sleepers in the morning. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

This air bnb was amazing. The location is perfect. Very clean. Amazing atmosphere for a group trip. Aside from the air bnb, the host was very responsive and friendly. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Wow breathtaking villa in the heart of Medellin! Comfort, luxe, nature, a perfect stay!

I really enjoyed staying at Mauricio's place. He speaks fluent English, is a nice guy, gave me lots of help and advice. It may not be a modern home, but it's spacious, clean, secure and has some cool communal areas like his back yard bar and chill out area. I really enjoyed his neighbourhood as it has everything you need, yet it is not too busy. Nearby there is the Pueblito Paisa and an amazing sports park, lots of friendly cafes and restaurants, Unicentro mall, and it felt very safe. Laureles is only a short walk away. I would definitely book this place again.

I spent 3 weeks at Carlos' place and felt like home every day of it. He's a very knowledgable, accommodating, helpful and generally a pleasant person. It is always fast and easy to communicate with him. The house, as the whole complex, is well-maintained, safe, spotless and pest free. Furniture inside is new and comfortable. High ceilings and beautiful artwork around the house make the place cozy and warm. There is no shortage of malls, restaurants, cafes or supermarkets within walking distance.

We loved the amenities of the place...the pool, hot tub, exercise area etc. The location was close to great restaurants and we Ubered everywhere else for a very reasonable price.

Felipe behaved like a gentleman, the house was perfect in condition and the accommodation was very nice, very nice and very modern. The only drawback I have had was that the owner of the house left all her personal belongings in the house, i.e. clothes, paintings, food in the fridge, etc. which I had to move to be able to place my own as the clothes and food everything and I create a confusion to such an extent. That they thought I used that lady's clothes. In the end, it was uncomfortable to tell me that I used that clothes when she is an elderly lady, I already explained that it was because I had to withdraw her clothes to be able to place mine, otherwise, also to say that they had committed to rent in the house for a month and what was my surprise that when she entered for two days, they tell me not that she already has it rented the following week, in the end that by the owner of the house, that is to say that it did not seem her correct education to suggest that I wanted to use her clothes.

The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was comfortable and with everything you need, the area is spectacular, the view is very nice, the building has a supermarket and a restaurant! Divine everything. In the end I had a problem with an object that I did not find and all very willing to collaborate and with all the willingness I loved that, 100% recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel in Medellín! The decor was stylish, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The location was excellent, and I always felt safe, which made exploring the city even better. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín!
