In addition, the house has its own access to the reservoir, is located on a large property with large green areas and close to everything: the main road, restaurants, and even the entrance to Piedra del Peñol.

Cabin for two people with a panoramic view of the reservoir, a jacuzzi and an interior design full of details. Portum is located on a 3300 m2 plot of land, facing the El Peñol-Guatapé reservoir, with access to the reservoir and dock, native trees and gardens. Beautiful rustic cottage surrounded by a pine forest, fully stocked and sleeps 6. The estate has large green areas, with beautiful gardens and a lake. The cabin has 2 levels. On the first level there is a room with 1 double bed, living room, dining room, kitchen, deck and 1 bathroom. On the second level are the other 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a living room or study with a desk between the 2 bedrooms and another bathroom.
