Family-friendly holiday rentals in Medellín River

The estate is spectacular, very comfortable, the gardens and landscape are beautiful, the pool is delicious. The Employee and the Butler are very dear and attentive to all the needs of the guests. The only thing I have to suggest is that they add a parasol in the jacuzzi and pool area, as the intense sun does not allow you to enjoy the wet area for not having any shade.

Ivan is a great guy I needed help with something and he came right over and fixed the problem! Definitely recommend him and his apartment!

I have been to Medellin several times. This is by far best space for one person. You have a full kitchen, a whole office with printer, washer and dryer, king size bed, great bathroom and a walk in closet. Location is very nice. 2 dollar uber to provenza and Parques Lleras. Amenities are nice as well. Rooftop pool and gym

This is a gorgeous place to rest while exploring the city. As it is relatively central to the city, it is easy to go wherever you want. There is so much gorgeous art and natural plants that makes this Bnb a truly cozy and unique place to stay in Medellin. Highly recommended!

Great location with plenty of options for cafes

We really liked the stay, the house is spacious, it is very well equipped and everything is very tidy and clean. Paula was always very attentive to what was occupied by os. We would definitely stay again.

Incredible place, wonderful scenery and spectacular house. The beds a little hard but I have no words to describe the place..a MARAVILLA. very kind Betty and Helena who welcomed us. In the rooms the perfume they put on was very rich but a little intense, it's just a detail... Definitely recommended.

Beautiful place and great location

Just a few things to keep in mind: 1. The stairs connecting the upstairs master bedroom and the bottom of the home are outside the home, so you must get out to go back in. Not a big deal, it was just a bit annoying when it was raining or very cold. 2. The home is at the bottom of the hill closer to the water, which is awesome but the walk up and down is not a small one. However, Camilo and his family were there to help us out if needed and it was a good work out. 3. The home is deep in the mountains so there is a bit of the road that is not paved. The weather was very cold during our stay and it was raining pretty much everyday so we couldn't really enjoy the place to its full extent. However, it was still a very nice and peaceful stay, they provided us with tons of blankets and were always ready to help when needed. The place is beautiful and it looks just like the pictures, full of nature. It was overall a great stay, around 20 minutes drive from both Guatape and El Peñol.

The accommodation has everything you need to spend a few days. It is very comfortable and very nice, some blinds for the main room would not come bad, a lot of light comes in in the morning (for my personal taste). Access to transportation is very good. We had a lovely time staying here, perfect for our small group, we each had our own AC room, kitchen, pool, etc.

The estate is as shown in the pictures, the access road is good, it has a pool, billiards and frogs. We really liked the fact that it was like separate casitas, as my family is quite extensive and each subfamily could have its own space. Alejandro and his mother, Mrs. Doris are friendly and open to listen to you. It would be nice to share a little more the details for the arrival at the estate, such as the exact location, otherwise everything was perfect.
