Enjoy relaxing holidays in our quiet, cozy and centrally located apartment - "Haus Eva" in the style of an entire house with (winter) garden. The train station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, the Lübeck Bay/ Baltic Sea about 35 minutes by car. Close to Hamburg. Beautiful cycling trails, bird/ nature reserves, organic farms with farm shops and farm coffees in the area. Lauenburger Seenplatte with water sports. Suitable for allergy sufferers. Welcome to beautiful Ratzeburg! You will stay in the "old mill" in Ratzeburg and thus in one of the oldest buildings in the city. The apartment was furnished in 2023. You will stay quietly yet centrally. The lakes are only about 300 meters away and the city center is also within walking distance. The size of the apartment is about 33 square meters. Small but nice ;-) However, the kitchen does not have an oven. There is a private parking space and you can also sit outside

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden.
