Spend the night in the historic center of Vaals. The French Church dates from 1667 and was converted into living quarters in 1837. This national monument has been restored in the style and materials of 1837. The authentic interior is half-timbered and finished with clay. Shops are in walking distance. Drielandenpunt 2 km. Vaalserbos 200 meters Wood stove. Courtyard with seating area. Use of the family garden in consultation. Apartment on the 1st floor. 2nd floor inhabited and given the nature of the building it is not mouse quiet.

Accomodatie: Privé benedenverdieping in woonhuis, ik woon boven. Fantastisch uitzicht, grote tuin.Voor kinderen een trampoline en schommel. Ideaal voor fietsers en wandelaars. Mooie fiets en wandel routes in Heuvelland en Geuldal. Rustig centraal gelegen. Fietsen kunnen in garage, auto op de oprit. Ik heb 2 katten. Prima restaurants in de buurt en de bakker en Spar dichtbij. Geen echte keuken, wel buffet om ontbijt en eenvoudige maaltijd te maken. Derde persoon betaalt 20 euro extra per nacht.

Bij studio Tweij & Vitsig verblijf je in een gedeelte van een zeer karakteristiek herenhuis. Je hebt een eigen ingang die te bereiken is via 3 trapjes. Via de hal loop je de studio binnen. De studio heeft hoge muren van 3,40 meter. wat karakteristiek is voor dit pand. In de zomer blijft het dan ook lekker koel. De studio is met hoogwaardige materialen afgewerkt. Vanuit het terras heb je uitzicht over de uitgestrekte weilanden en de geul. Wij zijn te vinden op insta onder studiotweijenvitsig.

Cozy stay for 2 guests in a castle farm in a beautiful setting. The castle farm is part of a historic estate. The accommodation has a private entrance, hall with toilet, living room/kitchen and on the upper floor a bedroom with a luxury bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Delicious coffee via a Nespresso coffee maker. Interesting discount when booking for a week or month.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

This gives you unobstructed views of the meadows and the beautiful Limburg countryside.
