The house comes with everything you need, its own garage makes it very easy to unload your luggage. The stay was perfect, the beds very comfortable for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. Rocío has been very friendly and we had a very good communication at the check-in and check-out time of the apartment, definitely a stay that will stay in favorites for possible next times. We’ve not stayed at a better location, highly recommended. Located just a few minutes walk from a world-class beach. A secure location within a complex that allows you to reside with others in the community, while at the same time having privacy. Every convenience and necessity is made available. The kitchen facilities are modern and very complete, all that you may need during an extended visit is provided. Manta Rota is a delightful village, we made many new friends. The hosts, Lucy and Carlos, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They involved themselves personally to be sure we were comfortable and fully satisfied. They made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They have a flair for decoration and delight in creating a chic and upscale ambiance. The cleanliness, quality and decor is first rate. Facilities are modern & in top condition. Description and photos are completely accurate. Heating systems were excellent. We booked to return, which confirms our recommendation.

Very nice and modern apartment in the Alameda area. It has a very convenient private terrace. New furniture. Host always available and immediate responses. If we go back to Seville we will definitely book here.

We chose the accommodation to be able to visit Sevilla by car while not having any hustle connected to the bigger city. Accommodation is 20 min by car to the city centre of Sevilla and serves all needs with walkable distance around, providing places for eating and also activities to engage small kids.

My family and I had an excellent stay. It was very relaxing to be able to walk out the door directly onto the beach and Monika’s communication was first class before during and after the stay. Highly recommend for those looking for a beach getaway.

I spent a full week in mid April with my wife and teenage son in Rocio's house. The house is just like it can be seen in the description and photos -- everything is in very good condition and looks great, from mattresses to bathrooms (2 on the first floor, one additional toilet some steps below) to the main room (which combines the living room with the kitchen). The atmosphere was also quite positive, and Maria (who takes good care of guests in Chiclana) was always available for questions and support -- that was great! The house comes with a parking garage, which we didn't use though (it tends to be rather small). We instead used the available parking spots outside the building complex. (There were plenty of free spaces; it started to fill up when Easter arrived.) The whole area and complex were relatively quiet and calm (it might be somewhat more turbulent in the summer though). Be prepared that the walls of the house tend to be somewhat thin, so that you can hear your neighbors.

We had a lovely short stay at Monica's place. The only challenge was the heating but it's been unseasonably cold in Seville which meant the downstairs heating fuse went. Monica was extremely helpful though and came right over to help sort out the issue and provided a portable heater as the fuse couldn't be fixed immediately. She was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house also had lots of nice little extras like spare tooth brushes, a bathroom amenity kit and coffee, milk etc... those things that sometimes get forgotten during a trip or are very handy on your first morning (coffee!)

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The reception and farewell were very welcoming and always ready to help or make the stay pleasant. Quiet area, somewhat far from the center, but convenient for parking and as a base. The facilities and equipment are very good, with everything you need

The accommodation is fantastic to rest and disconnect from the routine ,highly recommended for walks to the beach . we have been in the family very comfortable!!!

We had a great place to stay and were very pleasantly surprised. At every point, you can tell that the hosts put a lot of effort into designing and setting up the old buildings with a lot of creativity. The point of view is good to reach Faro or make excursions in the area. Everything necessary was available in the apartment. Joao responded immediately if additional things were desired (blanket or umbrella). The roof terrace was wonderful for breakfast or to end the day. Great view and a nice place to relax. The property with its various accommodations is definitely recommended.

The accommodation is just as the host describes it. It's been an incredible few days and I've felt right at home. It also allows pets, so I was able to enjoy my dog, since it has green areas that I accessed with her and parks very close by. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. Definitely recommended. We were also able to use the jacuzzi in the private area, which was great. Mariló was charming and always available for any questions that arose.

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful, well-equipped and sparkling clean apartment. Filipe was always easily accessible and also contacted us proactively. The apartment is very close to nice restaurants and to the boat dock on the beach. There were always free parking spaces right in front of the apartment complex. We did not need the two underground parking spaces belonging to the apartment. Thank you, Filipe, for the opportunity to postpone the check-out a little and for the many good restaurant tips. I'd love to come back and look forward to the next stay in Cabanas de Tavira and in your beautiful apartment.

Jose is a great host who is always helpful and available. The apartment is located very close to the beach (5 min) in a quiet holiday complex (in April). Supermarket & restaurant are a 15-20 minute walk.

We really liked it. Lots of peace and tranquility. The apartment is small but cozy, with everything you need to spend a few days. Both my children and we really enjoyed the pool. Angela and the cleaning lady are sweethearts.

It was great time , great place and great Rui. Apartment really clean and has everything that you can need. We have breakfast at home( all equipment at your service), for lunch and dinner we choose every time different restaurant and enjoy best food . Beach just couple minute away. Spain and Portugal was so nice even at off season time. We think our vacation in Manta Rota at Rui's apartment was good idea, hope to do this again!

Had a great stay. The apartment matched the photos, it was very clean and in an excellent location. It has a sea view from the balcony and is a couple of minutes walk to the market. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with lots of thoughtful things like blankets for cool evenings on the balcony, separate towels for the pool and beach, a trolley and beach accessories should you want them in addition to a well stocked kitchen and washing machine and drier. There are two pools on the roof you can use, one outdoor and one heated indoor. This is a lovely space to relax, sunbathe and swim. Maura gave us all the info we needed and kept our bags when we arrived early. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in the heart of Olhao.
