Holiday rentals with beach access in Mazagón

I felt right at home, Carmen and David were super vigilant at all times. The apartment was spotless, super clean everything. I'm sure I'll repeat again. Impossible to put any pega, everything ☺️☺️

Since the reception, to the presentation and description of both the apartment and the surrounding areas, it was 5*, Lord Izi, (I do not know if this is how it is written) was of attention, sympathy, cordiality and inexhaustible professionalism, thank you very much. The apartment was impeccably, clean, ( wc, bedrooms, living room) and all very neat, in addition to being very welcoming. We were spoiled with wine, beer and coffee. It is very well located with transport at the door to Puerto de Santa Maria, lines L3 and L6, I advise to buy the rechargeable pass (1.50 euros) that can be used for all means of transport ( Bus, train and boat), in addition to the transport also has two mini markets with fresh bread both and everything that needs the most basic. Very quiet condominium and everything pacific, place to park. We didn't go to the pool because the time wasn't for it. It was a 100% positive experience and will certainly be a place to stay the next time. Thank you all very much. José Carlos Rodrigues

We loved our stay at Dominic’s place. First time trip to Gibraltar and it was perfect. Walked from the airport in 10 mins, across the runway, a big novelty especially as I’m a bit of an aviation geek😁 Easy to jump on a bus outside to most locations (bus info is helpfully printed out in apartment along with other local attraction info) or walk the 10/15 mins into the heart of town, ocean village etc. loads of bars/restaurants etc. East beach is lovely for a swim and 7-8 min walk. Spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, we had everything we needed. I now have to buy an egg chair for home as our 14 year old loved it. The balconies were amazing, couldn’t get much closer to The Rock. Dominic was so quick to respond to questions and we were able to drop our cases in the apartment early after arriving at lunchtime & then wander into town with just our hand luggage bags . Thanks for a great experience😁

We loved our stay very much. The sea view terrace was really fantastic, but also the rest of the apartment was very comfortable with a lovely bed, good shower and everything else we needed. David gave us a very pleasant welcome and showed us around. Furthermore, we really enjoyed the cozy Tarifa and the beautiful walks in the area.

Our vacation here has been a delight. Warm and comfortable environment, with everything you need for a stay like at home. The residential complex has a lot of well-kept greenery and is super quiet if what you're looking for is tranquility. Beach access from the residential development. A bakery next door. The host a 10. Everything was easy for us. And available at all times. We will be back! ❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Zoe’s place. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped in a fantastic location just a few meters to the stunning beach. The area is very peaceful and the apartment has a lovely private garden and terrace. There were a couple of nice beach bars right there on the beach and we loved El Pre - local tapas bar just up the road by the tennis club . We also walked around to the other side of the harbour most days where the majority of the bars and restaurants are located. Zoe was extremely helpful and flexible re check in and delivered us clean towels and bedding part way through our stay. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment and hope to return again next year.

Perfect accommodation, the house is amazing, clean, new, very well equipped and on top of that Beatriz is a very good host, attentive to us at all times. The terrace and pool are the best part of the house.

I spent a full week in mid April with my wife and teenage son in Rocio's house. The house is just like it can be seen in the description and photos -- everything is in very good condition and looks great, from mattresses to bathrooms (2 on the first floor, one additional toilet some steps below) to the main room (which combines the living room with the kitchen). The atmosphere was also quite positive, and Maria (who takes good care of guests in Chiclana) was always available for questions and support -- that was great! The house comes with a parking garage, which we didn't use though (it tends to be rather small). We instead used the available parking spots outside the building complex. (There were plenty of free spaces; it started to fill up when Easter arrived.) The whole area and complex were relatively quiet and calm (it might be somewhat more turbulent in the summer though). Be prepared that the walls of the house tend to be somewhat thin, so that you can hear your neighbors.

We stayed for 2 nights with my parents and my daughter and had a lovely time. The house is exactly like the photos and every bit of space has been used and thought out well. Light,bright and modern with a lovely view of the ocean and sunrise. There is a little swing you can attach to the double doors at the front which is a nice touch. For good restaurants you need to take a taxi but that was not a problem and normally cost around £10. Clare was a great host very helpful and responsive - you will have a lovely stay.

We live in the adjacent town of Jerez, so we were looking for a place for my parents to stay for a month. They fell in love with the place. As a local's perspective, this place also is in an excellent location, a brief walk to the beach, 5 minute drive from grocery and great restaurants (Carrefour Market, Slice of New York, Narigoni, Taj Mahal, Shamrock, etc), 10 minutes from a mall (El Paseo with larger Carrefour), and 20 from Jerez. With the American naval base nearby, the nearby communities have more young American families, which means more restaurants or bars may know some English or have English menus. Driving in the area is peaceful and fairly straightforward, and parking is available on the street off tourist season (I have no idea if it's difficult to park in the home's area during tourist season). The place is refreshing, quiet and was perfect for my parents. Would recommend to friends and family!

We had a wonderful stay. The House is beautiful andequipped with everything you need for shorter and longer stays. What we really loved the most was the location - just steps away from the beach. Can absolutely recommend!

Had a great stay enjoying the pool beach, and coast walk. The property is accurately described and met our needs well as a group of 5 adults, baby and dog! The urbanisation itself is well kept and has a friendly feel whilst being quiet and relaxed for families.

Very quiet area close to a paradise , very large and comfortable house, tastefully restored. Very attentive and kind host . We'll be back !!!

A few days of rest and disconnection in a beautiful setting

Highly recommend! I loved my stay at this beautiful place—perfectly located just outside the beach in a peaceful area. One standout feature was the incredibly comfortable bed, which is rare to find. There’s also a small outdoor table, great for enjoying meals. The WiFi worked flawlessly. The space had decent lighting, though a bit more would be ideal, especially in the evening. The only minor downside was occasional noise from neighbors—not loud, but something to keep in mind if you prefer complete silence. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Loved the appartment with its pristine view of Los Lances Beach and Northern Africa right across. Great location - close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and the old part of town. We hope to return.

Great, light-flooded apartment, very large terrace and wrap-around balcony (we were unfortunately not able to use SO doll due to the humid weather), very good location, residential complex with few units, therefore relatively private, everything excellently secured with large parking space, equipment of the apartment overall very good, everything works, we were very satisfied and can only recommend this apartment

Very nice and clean apartment overlooking the beach. Location is nice, in the harbor of Sotogrande. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. Good communication with the host and also with the lady from the agency who welcomes you and gives you the keys, very flexible according to arrival time.
