Holiday rentals with a patio in Mazagón

The house comes with everything you need, its own garage makes it very easy to unload your luggage. The stay was perfect, the beds very comfortable for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. Rocío has been very friendly and we had a very good communication at the check-in and check-out time of the apartment, definitely a stay that will stay in favorites for possible next times. Highly recommended! Thank you very much Rocío.

Pilar was so helpful, particularly on our final day, by allowing us to leave our bags with her and then offering the apartment for a further night if our flight was cancelled, which it could’ve been given the power cuts and radar failures - this gave us peace of mind just in case – as I think other reviewers have mentioned, it may be an idea to bring a tea towel if you plan on washing up, as there is no drainer in the kitchen and no tea towels available to dry up - absolutely perfect otherwise

Very nice and modern apartment in the Alameda area. It has a very convenient private terrace. New furniture. Host always available and immediate responses. If we go back to Seville we will definitely book here.

We loved our stay at Dominic’s place. First time trip to Gibraltar and it was perfect. Walked from the airport in 10 mins, across the runway, a big novelty especially as I’m a bit of an aviation geek😁 Easy to jump on a bus outside to most locations (bus info is helpfully printed out in apartment along with other local attraction info) or walk the 10/15 mins into the heart of town, ocean village etc. loads of bars/restaurants etc. East beach is lovely for a swim and 7-8 min walk. Spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, we had everything we needed. I now have to buy an egg chair for home as our 14 year old loved it. The balconies were amazing, couldn’t get much closer to The Rock. Dominic was so quick to respond to questions and we were able to drop our cases in the apartment early after arriving at lunchtime & then wander into town with just our hand luggage bags . Thanks for a great experience😁

We chose the accommodation to be able to visit Sevilla by car while not having any hustle connected to the bigger city. Accommodation is 20 min by car to the city centre of Sevilla and serves all needs with walkable distance around, providing places for eating and also activities to engage small kids.

My family and I had an excellent stay. It was very relaxing to be able to walk out the door directly onto the beach and Monika’s communication was first class before during and after the stay. Highly recommend for those looking for a beach getaway.

We had a lovely short stay at Monica's place. The only challenge was the heating but it's been unseasonably cold in Seville which meant the downstairs heating fuse went. Monica was extremely helpful though and came right over to help sort out the issue and provided a portable heater as the fuse couldn't be fixed immediately. She was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house also had lots of nice little extras like spare tooth brushes, a bathroom amenity kit and coffee, milk etc... those things that sometimes get forgotten during a trip or are very handy on your first morning (coffee!)

Great place to stay, as in the photos and descriptions. Large house inside and really remarkable space outside. Suitable for moments of relaxation and tranquility.

Everything was excellent, quiet area and very clean house with everything you need, well maybe a juice juicer was missing, but I made up for it with a source for cold and hot water, but everything else to perfection, we will repeat for sure

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The reception and farewell were very welcoming and always ready to help or make the stay pleasant. Quiet area, somewhat far from the center, but convenient for parking and as a base. The facilities and equipment are very good, with everything you need

The accommodation is fantastic to rest and disconnect from the routine ,highly recommended for walks to the beach . we have been in the family very comfortable!!!

We had a great place to stay and were very pleasantly surprised. At every point, you can tell that the hosts put a lot of effort into designing and setting up the old buildings with a lot of creativity. The point of view is good to reach Faro or make excursions in the area. Everything necessary was available in the apartment. Joao responded immediately if additional things were desired (blanket or umbrella). The roof terrace was wonderful for breakfast or to end the day. Great view and a nice place to relax. The property with its various accommodations is definitely recommended.

The accommodation is just as the host describes it. It's been an incredible few days and I've felt right at home. It also allows pets, so I was able to enjoy my dog, since it has green areas that I accessed with her and parks very close by. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. Definitely recommended. We were also able to use the jacuzzi in the private area, which was great. Mariló was charming and always available for any questions that arose.

Highly recommend! I loved my stay at this beautiful place—perfectly located just outside the beach in a peaceful area. One standout feature was the incredibly comfortable bed, which is rare to find. There’s also a small outdoor table, great for enjoying meals. The WiFi worked flawlessly. The space had decent lighting, though a bit more would be ideal, especially in the evening. The only minor downside was occasional noise from neighbors—not loud, but something to keep in mind if you prefer complete silence. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Our stay was 10 stars . Ben has been kind, close and professional. The incredible apartment, perfect, with a spectacular view from the double terrace. Definitely a place with idyllic location and our option number one if we return to La Alcaidesa. Thank you Ben!

A fantastic flat right in the heart of the marina, surrounded by plazas, boutique shops, bars and restaurants - but not too noisy. Just a very short walk to the beach. The flat itself is a large L-shaped kitchen/living room with all mod cons. The balcony, with dining table and comfy sofas, has a view over the marina to the Rock and catches the evening sun. The bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious. We had a lovely week with our young children. We would definitely like to come back!

The place is magnificent, with several tranquil pools that have provided us with moments of relaxation. Although own or public transportation is needed to get around, we greatly appreciated the tranquility of the area. We highlight the sympathy of those who received us and the cleanliness of the house, which was impeccable, even though we found some ill-washed dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the terrace, larger than appears in the photographs, offered us a breathtaking view of the sea. The air conditioner was an added value, especially with the intense heat it makes itself felt.

Very nice and clean apartment overlooking the beach. Location is nice, in the harbor of Sotogrande. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. Good communication with the host and also with the lady from the agency who welcomes you and gives you the keys, very flexible according to arrival time.

John met us outside the accommodation with clear instructions. Was nice and helpful and recommended places to go in the area. Apartment was lovely and clean with a perfect location. Great view of the airport too!

It was great time , great place and great Rui. Apartment really clean and has everything that you can need. We have breakfast at home( all equipment at your service), for lunch and dinner we choose every time different restaurant and enjoy best food . Beach just couple minute away. Spain and Portugal was so nice even at off season time. We think our vacation in Manta Rota at Rui's apartment was good idea, hope to do this again!
