Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply set up for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. The two nights following our holiday in Italy brought us an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we were able to enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, as never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

Very nice and cozy place in a great location. It has everything you need, especially a beautiful view. Many ski resorts are quick to reach. Claudia was accessible and helpful throughout. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We felt super comfortable. Top amenities😍😍😍! The outdoor pool and the wellness area were the icing on the cake. There was nothing missing. Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt comfortable right away. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on holidays. The location is really great and you have a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also just around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on holiday together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

A Perfect Alpine Escape – Catherine House, Seefeld We spent two unforgettable days at Catherine House in Seefeld and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house is a true gem – spacious, stylish, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway. With three beautiful bedrooms, a private sauna, and a heated swimming pool, we enjoyed ultimate comfort and luxury. The modern kitchen was a dream to cook in – we had great fun preparing meals together and then unwinding by the pool or soaking in the sauna. The location is unbeatable: peaceful, sunny, and surrounded by stunning alpine scenery, yet close enough to the town and hiking trails. Whether we were swimming, relaxing in the sauna, enjoying the sunshine, or simply taking in the views – every moment was pure joy. We’ll definitely be back!

The stay at Alfred and Astrid's place was fantastic. Alfred was particularly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The apartment was really above expectations. Super clean and the kitchen was very complete and has a luxurious spacious fridge with ice maker. The apartment has 3 large TVs with a Netflix subscription on each TV. Both a German, a Dutch and an Italian version. No hassle with your own login. There was a fine and fast internet connection of 150 mbit. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with luxury hot tub and the lovely rain shower. The apartment is in a quiet place about 6 min drive from a shopping center and it is a 5 min drive to the ski slope of Reith im Alpbachtal and only 10 min drive to the large ski resort in the Alpbachtal. We will definitely come back here again!

We stayed in the apartment with 4 adults plus dog. We liked it all around and the apartment and the opposite are impressive. We felt comfortable Very clean and kitchen extremely well equipped. There were even bowls for the dog. The communication with Cord was also great, got some tips. We would gladly come back.

The Appartment is a gem and so is Doug, aside from a perfectly equipped place he gives you an awesome guide and tips for the area/skiing etc. which made our stay just perfect. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had, thanks a lot, we will be back for sure

We stayed at the property for two nights and were very satisfied. Everything was very clean and maintained. The location was pleasantly quiet. We can definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

We had a great stay here. On the first night, we realized there is no air conditioning in summer but after corresponding with the hosts, they brought some fans over which were sufficient with the cool night air :) It is also a close drive to many of the famous sites

Markus was a great host. His apartment is very walkable to the main city center but far enough away to feel peaceful. The dedicated parking spot and water/beer in the fridge make for a delightful check in experience. Very clean and well amenitized.

We stayed in Gennaro's apartment for 3 nights. As shown in the pictures, modern furnishings. He also had homemade limocello for tasting. Everything else is there, too, from olive oil, coffee machines with capsules, pasta, towels .... Only the parking situation is difficult in the evening and on weekends.

We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean, stylishly furnished and nothing was missing. There was even a bowl and a treat for our dog. Upon entering the apartment, it smelled very pleasant, you immediately felt comfortable. Communication was great and quick. We are happy to recommend.

Ulrike is one of the greatest hosts I have ever met She is kind, caring and always available. During our stay, our baby faced some health issues. Ulrike helped us out a lot in finding a doctor in the area, even called for us to book an appointment. She has been nothing but great during the whole stay Also, her partner made us feel special as he asked without meeting each other how the baby was going - showing how much they care about the people staying at their place The surroundings are great.
