Stylish apartment with balcony in Ahrweiler

Our spacious and fully equipped apartment "Anke-Rose" is located on the 2nd floor of our house in the middle of the old town of Ahrweiler. On 85 square meters you will find a quiet oasis in a central location, divided into a bedroom, bathroom and living room, guest toilet, as well as a large kitchen with dining area. On the balcony, you can end your day of vacation with a glass of Ahr wine in the evening sun with a view of the vineyards. Another room allows more than 2 guests to stay.

Our apartment is located directly next to the castle ruins and the maar. In April 2023, the Ulmener Maar tunnel was opened, which connects the maar and the Jungferweiher via a 120 m long tunnel. Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

Our Old Winehouse was built in 2014 as self-contained holiday house. In 50m (150ft) you already reach the Moselle with its wide meadows. The apartment (65 m²/700 ft²) has two bathrooms, two double-bedrooms (one on an open gallery), kitchen and a spacious balcony. In our guest house right next to the Old Winehouse you find a wine lounge with vinotheque and wine refrigerator.
