2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Stay at the Altenburg/Cannstatt

The rooms are located in a terraced house on the Altenburg in Bad Cannstatt. That's where my husband and I live. You reach the accommodation via a shared staircase, but have your private area with kitchen, bathroom and toilet. High ceilings with a view of the beams give the apartment a cozy atmosphere. From here you can see the TV tower and reach both the city center and Bad Cannstatt in less than 15 minutes. Wilhelma, the stadium and the Mercedes Museum are easily accessible.

"There is no bird so small, it wants to have its nest." I offer a small, lovingly furnished and very well-maintained apartment on the outskirts of Stuttgart. It is on the 15th floor of a barrier-free high-rise building. The main station is only 20 minutes away by train (U7). Shopping nearby. On Fridays, the vegetable cart comes around 1:00 pm and offers fresh fruit and vegetables from its own cultivation. It is in the parking lot behind the house.

Andrea is a lovely kind lady and is very hospitable. The location is quiet but only five minutes walk to the frequent tram service to the centre (only slightly further to the bus stop for Bad Cannstatt). Kettle, fridge and microwave in the room proved very useful (plus use of kitchen) and some welcome freebies were provided. There is a nice little balcony too. The stairs might be a little daunting after a long day, but for me this was the ideal place to stay.

Lutz was always available, very kind and helpful! Check-in was very well explained and therefore worked smoothly. I felt comfortable in the accommodation right away! The room is on the top floor, so you can relax well. The property is located in a quiet residential area and is very well connected with public transport. You are quickly in the city center. I can wholeheartedly recommend the place!

As a solo guest with limited German, I appreciated staying in a home where I felt safe and received a personal welcome when I arrived. I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, and found it an easy and pleasant walk from the Echterdingen train station. (I was tired of buses.) The room was refreshingly simple and sparkling clean.
