The ensuite bathroom is complete with a free standing roll top bath for ultimate relaxation. A fully a fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and a seating area for diners. Wifi is available in the room and a TV with Freeview. A sofa bed means there is sleeping for 2 little ones. Spacious, self contained annex, sleeps 2 in a double bed. (No further beds available) . Located on The Green in the picturesque village of Martham. Set within the Broads National Park, Martham is only 3.5 miles to the coast. We are walking distance to local amenities. Canoe and day boat hire are available in the village, to explore the Broads. Nature trails, marsh and river walks too. Only 15 miles to the beautifully historic city of Norwich and 8 to Great Yarmouth.

The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.
