Short drive to alpine on Maurset. It is 3 km to the charging station and grocery store. In summer, there is also an open grocery store within walking distance from the cabin. Short driving distance to Vøringsfossen. It is 20 min to Eidfjord. There are 2 cots for 0-2 years. 1 junior bed. 1 high chair, 2 junior chairs Toys and puzzles for children.

About 50 meters from the cabin you will find illuminated and prepared cross-country ski trails and since the back of the plot is hilly, it is well suited as a toboggan run in winter.

The cabin is nicely located on the sunny side of the valley, 800 meters above sea level on Garen in Sysendalen, the gateway to Hardangervidda. Fishing river right by. Bjoreio. The cabin has two floors. Cleaning supplies are included. Outdoor furniture and fire pit are available. Sysendalen has a rich network of trails and varied nature experiences. Here you can enjoy nature and wildlife, fishing and picking berries. Among other things, there are a lot of mullets in the area. There are two shops nearby with charging facilities.

Lovely mountain apartment on the Maurset

Welcome to our great cabin apartment! Here you have everything you need with lovely hiking trails just outside the door all year, as well as walking distance to ski slopes. The cabin is peaceful and spacious and offers all modern amenities such as fiber broadband, driving all the way and 200 m to convenience store with charging stations (Eviny/Tela). Shop is open 7-23 every day. The apartment is the most sheltered in the field, with unobstructed views. The apartment must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.

Hytten ligger på solsiden av dalen og du kan nyte en kopp kaffe på terrassen med nydelig utsikt. Husk å ta med tursko for her finner du endeløse muligheter for fantastiske fjellturer. Om vinteren kan du ta på ski og skli rett ned i skiløypene i Sysendalen. Hytten passer best for opptil 5 personer.

Flott og velutstyrt familiehytte i hyttefelt. Hytten var ny i 2020 og bærer preg av moderne standard med koselig hyttepreg. Her kan du knyte på deg skoene og gå magiske turer, fiske i elven, plukke bær, gå en tur på lekeplassen, gå på ski eller ta en tur i skitrekket. Vøringsfossen er bare noen minutters kjøring unna hytten. Hytten med bl. a. dens plassering er meget egnet for barn/småbarn. Det er også stor trampoline. Kr. 100.- pr person for leie av sengetøy og håndklær.

Det en utedo knyttet til hytta, men den som leier hytta vil også ha tilgang på delt bad og kjøkken i hovedhuset på Vikinghaug. This is the place to rent if you want a very special romantic and primitive stay with absolutely outstanding views. This is a small cabin with double bed. Our cabin was built in 2017. It lies sheltered at the top of the cabin area. From the sofa and dining area in the Livingroom you have a fantastic panoramic view to six of the local mountain tops which you can climb both winter and summer or just enjoy with a cup of hot chocolate from the comfort of the sofa. In the cabin you will find numerous games to enjoy with your family and friends either inside or outside
