This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

The chalet is located inside a vacation park (Proosdij) 900m or 10-15 min walk from the main entrance. Direct access to it is only by boat or bike. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room overlooking the garden. From the sitting area, you can enjoy the green view. An impression of the house via the video on YouTube. Search for "Lovely house on the water." If you like fishing, you can try to catch a fish from the garden. Children can play in the sandbox, on the mini slide or the tumble bar. The garden can be closed by a fence and there is a barrier by the water, so that the children can play safely.

The rooms are accessible via a hallway to a cozy, shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea are available unlimited. At pleasant temperatures, one can make use of a cozily furnished barn, which serves as an extra seating area.
