Very nice place in the city center, close to the park for children. The outside allowed us to soak up the sun with a barbecue. The kitchen is very well equipped, the shower is large and pleasant, the bedding is comfortable. No complaints, we will come back to Vincent's place if we have a chance.

Excellent stay, accommodation very well located, and in perfect condition, very good welcome from Mélanie on our arrival. The proximity to the sea is very pleasant, all the shops nearby, you can do everything on foot, I recommend this accommodation. I really think I'll go back for a longer period

We had a great 4-night stay in this comfortable accommodation, decorated with great taste. Everything is designed to make you feel good: the bedding is very comfortable, the sofa too, and the surrounding calm is very appreciable. Special mention for the fully fenced terrace/garden, ideal for enjoying in peace — our dog also loved it! The jacuzzi is a real little extra that makes the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Priscille and Sébastien for their hospitality and availability. We will definitely come back 😉☺️

Perfect place, JC and Eva are welcoming and caring, responsive if you have any questions. The place was clean, well laid out, the A/C and hot tub are a big plus. The village center is a 10-minute walk away, walks around the lake or cathedral are close by. i would fully recommend

An unforgettable stay right on the beach We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located house right by the sea. The location is really the best of the best – after the promenade, you can stand directly with your feet in the sand. It doesn't get any better than that! The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can immediately tell that attention to detail is paid here. The personal greeting from our host was particularly nice, who warmly welcomed us and immediately provided us with great recommendations for the region. An absolute highlight of our stay was the private tour of a nearby menade organised by the host. This exclusive experience was not only informative, but also incredibly charming and authentic – a real experience that we will never forget! We would come back back. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for relaxation, proximity to the sea and personal service!

It's been a decade since my wife and I moved several times a year to cottages for professional reasons and this is the first really interesting one at all levels: functional room distribution and friendly decoration, very clean and air-conditioned cottage, residential and quiet area 15 minutes from a shopping center and 25 minutes from the sea, top bedding, nothing missing, drinks, tea or coffee available. And of course Lionel's pleasant and courteous welcome.

Wonderful stay with very friendly hosts!

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

Great house with brilliant outdoor space, was more than big enough for our group of 7. Peaceful quiet neighbourhood, really easy to get the tram into the city, and Loic was very easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The accommodation was perfect – very clean, with a whirlpool, nice bathroom, cozy bed and well-equipped kitchen. The location in Pérols is ideal – quiet, charming and at the same time close to Montpellier and the beach. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available and even lent us bicycles.

Fabien was perfect, very welcoming, available, responsive with many useful tips... in short a host and a high quality accommodation. We had a great weekend and we'll be back with great pleasure! Very nice house, in a very quiet neighborhood

We had a great time in Palavas! The welcome was very warm, our host was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The accommodation is exactly as described: clean, well-equipped, nothing is missing. The immediate proximity to the beach is a real plus, it is the ideal location to fully enjoy the sea and the surroundings. Thank you again for this friendly welcome. Ideal location, at the port with many restaurants nearby, despite everything the apartment is quiet. The large beaches are a few minutes' walk away. The large terrace is lovely. Grégory was very accommodating for the arrival and departure.

Great communication, Very welcoming, thank you for everything

We stayed for 2 days in this accommodation which is just impeccable, the presentation, comfort, cleanliness, communication with the hosts and their kindness are all things to highlight. The location is great, between the port and its restaurants, the sea, the bars and the city centre, everything is doable on foot for 15 minutes maximum. Positive point especially since the bakery and the Super U to do some shopping are just next door. We highly recommend this quiet and peaceful accommodation at night and its hosts are very attentive and generous. Thank you for your superb performance, we will undoubtedly return.

We were absolutely thrilled with the apartment. It's even nicer than the pictures. The location is very quiet. You can take long walks and have the beach right outside. Dogs are allowed on the beach, which was very nice. Excursions to Montpellier are easily possible by car. We would book the place again anytime.

It was our second stay in this apartment, which probably seats more than anything! On our last trip, we recommended the addition of a microwave and, voila, there it was this trip! The apartment is on the Main Street of the Eccusson neighborhood, so there is always good people watching, and everything from the supermarket to great restaurants and tram and train lines is within an easy walk. We love David’s place!
