Apartment as described (perfectly renovated and clean), accommodating and friendly hosts, ideal location for the beach, but also close to shops (small pedestrian shortcuts to the center of Carnon as well), very nice parking (be careful not for too big a car), comfortable bedding, nice space. In the end, 3 pleasant days where the essentials were available to us.

We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation, very good value for money , a direct view of the sea, the children also loved it, we will be back as soon as possible. Beretta family.

Maryse is a pleasant and very welcoming person. His apartment is impeccable, comfortable, and has a top-floor terrace with a breathtaking view of the Port. Enjoying a drink there while watching the sun set over the bay is a real pleasure at the end of the day. Great location, very central.

Perfect location especially for the beach. Very close to Montpellier. Immaculately clean on arrival. Check in and check out very easy. We visited with our 1 1/2 year old and found it very suitable (we did move a few beautiful ornaments out of their reach!). We loved the balcony. We loved our stay!

Hi, We had a great stay in this accommodation, which we found very pleasant and faithful to the photos. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was tidy, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is also a real highlight: the sea and the port are very close, which is very nice for walking or relaxing. In addition, in just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach a bus stop that allows you to easily reach the tram and the city centre. A few small points to improve: no window in the bedroom, which makes the air quickly hot; we had to leave the window open at night. There were a few essentials missing such as salt, a bottle of water on arrival, more toilet paper (only two rolls for a week) and rubbish bags. A broom would also have been useful. Finally, a few ants under the couch, probably because of the heat and the plants. The accommodation is great and we recommend it thank you

Clean, spacious, classy modern style... Amazing view of the marina and the sea, walking distance from the beach (100 meters), the area is safe, family friendly, convenient parking at the back of the building... the hosts were very responsive and very friendly, I only have positive things to say about it! Highly recommended!!

Second stay at Charlotte's place. It was another pleasure to spend these few days in this beautiful apartment. The beach and bike path at the foot of the building are a real plus. We loved it.

We had a great stay at Florian and Estefania's. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The residence is very quiet and everything is within walking distance, beaches and shops. There is enough to cook and a beautiful terrace for relaxing evenings. We will keep this address for our weekends at the seaside.

Ideal 4-person stay. The apartment is located in a quiet residence. The parking space is a real plus, especially with the paid parking in La Grande Motte. Access to the beach is direct and secure. No road crossing: ideal with children. Communication was clear and prompt. The apartment is well equipped and the children even had creative activities available. Perfect. My partner and I left from 1 June to 7 June. Well located clean apartment. 5 minutes from the square. Restaurant Nearby shops. Parking. Everything was in place to welcome us. The host Florian, whom I did not meet, but our exchanges were very cordial and warm. Immediate response. In short, I was delighted and so was my partner. I'll be back. Great stay with Alan. He always messaged back very quickly. Lovely location right next door to the tram line and bicycle hire- very nice bike route down to Carnon and plavas les florets - highly recommend a visit. Clean apartment- all amenities very good would highly recommend .

We had a very good weekend apartment very well located close to the city centre and FISE with underground parking, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
