You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Ideally located at the Angers Racecourse, 1 minute from the Exhibition Centre and the Océane interchange to reach the A11 motorway and about 8 minutes from Angers city center, this 42 m2 accommodation is ideal for visiting Angers or for a business stay. You can stay there alone, as a couple. It is located on the ground floor of a very quiet residence where you can enjoy a small garden with all the necessary amenities.

The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.

The Loire flows 50 meters away, you will appreciate the proximity of the open-air café, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher, the wine cellar, the restaurants...
