The house is located in the countryside . It is a renovated house with charm. 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and 1 separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. Enclosed terrace, parking, boules court. Pets are allowed, but please note that I also have 2 very nice dogs and 2 cats that roam around the village.

The guinguette is back on the banks of the Loire in Montrelais, super nice, small catering, music, in season, small concerts;

Located in a cul-de-sac, our 80 m² cottage is a place conducive to rest and relaxation. You will be 2 minutes from the shops (bakery and grocery store, pharmacy...) and 300 meters from a bus stop to Angers but also 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire (canoe-kayak rental, Loire by bike), 15 minutes from Angers and 18 minutes from Terra Botanica by car. Hiking trails in the countryside and forest are accessible from the cottage.

Very close to the Loire. Small cozy and bright house-studio with mezzanine, independent entrance, enclosed garden not overlooked with terrace (garden furniture, ping pong table). Equipped for meals, linen provided with towels and sheets (bed made). Ideal for 2 people but possibility for 4 with the sofa bed. Please note that there is no TV or Wi-Fi (ideal for disconnecting and recharging 😉).
