Holiday rentals with a patio in Matinhos

The stay was excellent. The host was very attentive and helpful to all the needs and questions I had. I took advantage of the fact that his brother was also in the building and he also gave me a hand for me to make my little barbecue (kkkk). And the caretaker (Seu Elessandro) also welcomed me very well and guided me about everything in the entire period I was staying. The apt is splendid. It has all the amenities and comforts possible (kitchen with all the necessary utensils, TV in the living room, in the bedroom, with access to all types of channels, barbecue, air conditioning, washing machine and other accessories that make the stay more comfortable). The building is one block from the beach (2 minutes), plus a proper entrance for bathers upon arrival from the beach. Anyway, my stay together with my family was quite pleasurable and I will certainly come back more often.

Excellent place if you are going with your partner and pet, near the main avenue that connects with Caioba-Matinhos and Puerto para Guaratuba, I highly recommend it. The place has good wifi, very tidy, clean and very comfortable bed. The Parqueo is roofed and serves very well for sunny days so you can protect your car. 5/5👍🏽

We had an excellent experience during our stay. The house is cozy, extremely clean and well-equipped. We find at your disposal all the necessary items for a comfortable stay, including basic cleaning products, high quality kitchen utensils, as well as appliances in perfect working order. Wi-Fi was a positive differential, the television has some channels available and the air conditioning worked very well. It also had the fan available at the residence, which was quite useful. The host was attentive and helpful, always ready to respond quickly and clarify any questions. The location of the house is favorable, with practical access and relative proximity to the beach. Without a doubt, we consider returning in future opportunities.

Great house for large groups! The house is huge, spacious and very well taken care of, ideal for large groups – we stayed in 15 people and we had a lot of comfort. Everything was clean and well organized. The pool was impeccable, and the place is quiet, perfect for rest, despite being a little away from the hustle. The stay was wonderful. The beach resort of Praia Grande is extraordinary, in fact, how beautiful the revitalization of the waterfront of Matinhos became beautiful. The very comfortable, airy, quiet, easy access house, very close to the beach, located in a great neighbor, a good parking space and with all the kitchen and beach utensils, which we need, such as chairs and parasol, in addition to having air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. I went with my in-laws, who are already older and the location of the house greatly benefited their autonomy. Very easy to check in and check out. Our stay was well worth our stay. I highly recommend it.

The best accommodation we stayed with no doubt! The house is beautiful, super well taken care of, with an impecavel cleaning that we were impressed. The house has EVERYTHING and a little more, every detail was thought with a lot of affection that made all the difference in our stay. It is very close to the beach with easy access to pharmacy, market and restaurants. The place is huge, we take our dog and she loved it!! The Silmara is wonderful was mega attentive always responding very quickly, was very helpful when we need it, very flexible with the schedules and still left a treat and a beautiful card. This place marked our memory and our heart, we'll be back whenever we can, we love

Apartamento has an amazing view, very clean, new furniture and very well equipped. Check in and check out electronics which makes it very easy. Hostess super requests and attentive. Calm and peaceful beach. We will definitely come back more often.
