Garage and space for 3 cars The residence is 900 m from Flamingo Beach, a revitalised waterfront, 1 km from the centre and the fish market, and 3 km from Praia Mansa Caiobá. We are 200 m from the Soley bakery and 600 m from the Caopi supermarket. An excellent place to relax with the family, available all year round. Property fully fenced with an electronic gate It has spaces for pets.

Simple place for simple people. Chalet with pool and leisure and relaxation area for the family. Quiet place to rest, have fun and celebrate life. ATTENTION if you have restrictions on animals! We have dogs and cats. The female dogs are kept locked up, and we have some cats for responsible adoption. Matinhos has many beaches. It's a spot for surfers. Good for fishing. Lots of fun or lots of quiet, depending on your tastes. Remember to bring bed linens and toiletries.
