Ótima casa espaçosa ,fica na rua Apucarana 272 ,Bom retiro/Matinhos. Terreno individual , com piscina , luz led azul com cascata e hidro. Garagem e espaço para 3 carros A residência fica a 900 m da praia Flamingo ,orla revitalizada ,1 km do centro e mercado do peixe , 3 km da praia mansa Caiobá. Estamos a 200 m panificadora soley e 600 m supermercado caopi. Lugar excelente para descansar com a família disponível o ano todo. Imóvel todo murado com portão eletrônico Possui espaços para os pets.
