Holiday rentals with beach access in Matinhos

The apartment has a wonderful view of the sea and the suite overlooks the forest. It's just like the photos, carefully thought out and very well maintained. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, you really feel at home. The guidelines are clear and the host is very kind. I hope to come back sometime!

The stay was incredibly perfect, the host is very attentive and clarified all our doubts, the apartment is perfect and super comfortable and with all the utensils, the location is great too, close to everything, the condominium pool is great, no defects, the stay was wonderful from start to finish. I highly recommend it.

It was very good. All right and very nice. Apinho with all structure and utensils! The only thing missing was washing machine and clothes!!

André and Flavia's apartment is right in front of the beach, so you can go for a walk on the sand or swim in the sea and come back to rest or maybe swim in the condominium pool! It was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

The stay was wonderful, mainly due to the privileged location, as it is only two blocks from the sea, it has a bakery across the street, a church on the other side, a super nice corner bar, there is also a very traditional street bar, top meatball and great prices, besides the nearby market, a fruit shop that you can go to on foot, a gas station, I really didn't want to leave. The practicality of check-in and Checkout is also a differential, a point of attention so as not to forget to take the basics, as well as: toilet paper, towels, bed linen, as described in the advertisement. The apartment has the necessary utensils for cooking.

Marcelo from the beginning was receptive, attentive, helpful. Organized house, impeccable in cleaning, with appropriate general items and as described in the listing of the property. It was a pleasant stay for my boyfriend and me. My boyfriend and I are spacious with luggage, so despite mentioning that it can up to 4 people, because we walked full of luggage the only place for two was great. For those who are not from the region, Marcelo knows how to guide and give a lot of information, it is a strategic stay area, as it is in the middle of the coast, in addition to it is in the area of the balnearium of caravels, quiet, familiar, but with medium and strong waves. In addition, gratitude for the place and stay, if our next tour is in the area, we will be back for sure.

Everything was great, the location is excellent and the house as well. Communication with Luís Filipi was very fast and efficient. Elis is a lovely person. We will return for sure.

We greatly enjoyed the stay in the house, since before booking the communication with Juliana was easy and agile! We had some problems during the stay, in relation to the power outage, but nothing to hinder the holiday. And as soon as we communicated to her, the resolution was immediate! The house is great and the pool is wonderful! We highly recommend it!

Apartment served us perfectly! Well cozy, clean, had everything we needed, size of the barbecue served us well and 2 high image quality TVs. None of those 20" tube TVs. Excellent Internet. Well decorated. I recommend it!

Apartamento has an amazing view, very clean, new furniture and very well equipped. Check in and check out electronics which makes it very easy. Hostess super requests and attentive. Calm and peaceful beach. We will definitely come back more often.
