Located at the entrance of the Sassi and 500 meters from the central square, Lamia Matera 11 boasts a very impressive view of the Matera ravine. The original building (lamia) with the characteristic barrel vault has been recently renovated. The house is spread across 3 floors. There are two elegant double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and stunning views. A room with 2 single beds, which can be joined together, is located on the lower floor, entirely carved into the rock.

The apartment, located in the upper part of the Rioni Sassi, has a separate entrance with some steps and is equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower), a living room with flat-screen TV and sofa bed, the masonry kitchen with majolica tiles, a laundry room with washing machine, a terrace from which you can admire a breathtaking view. From the house you can easily walk to the main historical and artistic attractions of the city.

Located in the "Civita", a short walk from the Cathedral, you can easily walk to the main squares and churches of the historic center, such as Piazza S. Francesco, Church of San Pietro Caveoso, Piazzetta Pascoli and Piazza V. Veneto. Limited traffic zone, but with paid parking nearby.
