Villa holiday rentals in Matera

Livi's house is exactly as it appears in the photos, very clean, well-kept and well organized, large and comfortable for a family. The garden is beautiful, to live in the summer. Although not very close to the town center, it is at a location that allows you to easily visit the nearby towns and Matera, spectacular. We had a great time, we hope to come back, maybe in the summer.

A peaceful little piece of paradise in cassano the house is a little out of the way so the place is quiet (except during the holidays where there are some fireworks, which did not bother us at all) and in cassano there is everything you need, supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, gas stations and restaurants all accessible by car. As for Manuela, a perfect welcome with the explanations of the different outbuildings, speaks very good French which was very helpful ^^ and who advised us on most of our visits and we thank her for these valuable tips! In short, a beautiful stay in a clean place, with lots of charm, easily accessible by car, which facilitates exchange and sharing! Thanks Manuela:)

Very well located cottage, close to the sea. Our two-week stay at the end of May was very quiet, as the season had not started. The setting is very pleasant, in a very protected pine forest. The cottage is spacious, and very well equipped. The welcome was great, in a perfectly tidy and clean house. The owner and his family are available and very welcoming. Within a 1.5 hour radius, many tourist sites are accessible. I highly recommend it, especially in May and early June, when calm and tranquility are guaranteed. Great experience. Recommended!

Our stay at Dario's villa was everything we could have asked for and more. The property was in a beautiful and peaceful location only a short walk from the private beach. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to relax in Riva Dei Tessali.

It's a perfect place to stay for big group. Large kitchen, dining area and living hall. Giovanni had been a great host. Prepare breakfast every morning and responsive host. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Matera & Alberobello area.

The villa is shared with extremely quiet neighbours, to the point that we have not even met them. A more than positive experience! 😊
