Stu and Vanessa’s place was spotless and had everything we needed. We felt relaxed and at home the moment we walked through the door. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was lovely. The heat pump and electric blanket ensured we were very cosy. (we had a few cold days) Everything in the kitchen was so clean and our hosts had thought of everything, they had provided tasty breakfast options too. We really appreciated being able to top up our electric car too. All the facilities and attractions of Wanganui were within a short driving distance. We will hopefully be back again sometime in the future. Thank you.

It’s a cozy and warm space with heaters throughout, making it very comfortable, especially during the colder months. The property also offers a lovely view of the mountains and a peaceful farm-style environment. One of the best parts is its location — just a short 30-minute drive to Mount Ruapehu. It’s an ideal spot for families looking to enjoy the snow and cold weather activities. For a family of four, it’s a perfect retreat that combines comfort, convenience, and natural beauty.
