Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Jakica ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten uns mit einfachem Englisch oder Google Übersetzer gut mit ihr verständigen.

Wenn ich Adi und seiner mehr als fünf Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun. 🌟 Die Lade war super. Ich war 1,5 Wochen ohne Auto dort, habe Strände besucht, Bootsfahrten gemacht, war Tauchen 🤿 Roller können auch gemietet werden und die Altstadt war wunderbar. Also vieles zu Fuß oder mit dem Uber erreichbar. Auch viele Restaurants waren super zB La Cucina auf der eigenen Flussseite. Die Wohnung war auch super, alles ist wie beschrieben und mit dem großen Fenster war es fast wie mit einem Balkon. Richtig entspannend dort. Ich reise seit fast zehn Jahren mit airbnb Apartments und Adi war einer der allerbesten Hosts. Immer erreichbar, besonders hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich! Ich komme gerne wieder!

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

We verbleven in dit appartement omdat het dichtbij het vliegveld is, maar ook redelijk dichtbij nationaal park Krka. Achteraf gezien hadden we hier veel langer willen blijven! Het apartment is super comfortabel, schoon en fijn. Het bed lag heerlijk en de host was heel hartelijk. Wij verbleven ook een paar dagen in Split, maar dit is eigenlijk een veel betere locatie (en goedkoper) als je de omgeving rondom Split wilt verkennen. En perfect als je dichtbij het vliegveld moet zijn! Trogir zelf is wat klein maar erg schattig. Het appartement is heel gunstig gelegen, vlakbij de old town en een groot busstation. Oftewel: we raden het appartement van harte aan en willen Zivko bedanken voor het fijne verblijf!

A truly wonderful house to stay in. Great hosts. Beautifully presented. Great little private sea swimming and loungers area. Lovely pool too. Restaurants near by, short drive. We had an amazing time

The location was great: very close to Split airport and other attractions in the area. We "ubered" to see Mastrinka, the oldest olive tree in Croatia, and then to nearby Trogir. The hostess's dad was welcoming when we arrived; our departing flights were early in the morning and he took us to the airport.

Ante was a perfect host. Very easy to communicate with and he even gave us toothpaste and toothbrushes when we arrived on Sunday as we didn't know that shops very closed that day. The airbnb was small, but perfect for us as we mostly spent our time on thr beach or walking/highling.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. From the initial booking until the end of the stay Katarina was brilliantly helpful. The property is perfect a true home from home kitchen is fantastic and the balconies allowed great outdoor space . Yes it is a hilly walk but this is made clear in the listing Ubers are great value . Highly recommend this property and Katarina is a great host.

We had a wonderful stay. Nice clean apartment, walking distance from the city center. The pool was very nice after a hot day in the city. The host was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We were able to stay past the checkout time which was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend!

Vi är så nöjda med detta boende på vår semester, vi hade en fantastisk resa och lgh hade ett bra läge och barnen älskade att bada i jacuzzin på kvällen! Rekomenderas starkt! Anita var kanon att ha att göra med!

Wir schließen uns allen positiven Bewertungen an. Ivana ist die beste Gastgeberin, die wie je kennenlernen durften, ebenso wie Billy und die Katze. Die Wohnung ist total gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlt einem an nichts. Wir hatten sogar eine Flasche Wasser, selbstgebackenen Kuchen und frische Kirschen vorgefunden. Gut fanden wir, dass es sowohl Federkissen als auch Wattekissen gab. Die Außenküche ist traumhaft und mit allem ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist natürlich die große Terrasse mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Es gab so viele schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten. Billy hat uns gern ins Dorf begleitet und war unserem alten Hund gegenüber und generell absolut nicht aufdringlich. Man muss ihn einfach lieb haben. Der Abschied ist uns schwer gefallen - danke für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour . Vejna a été très accueillante et très sympathique ,toujours disponible et de bons conseils . Nous avons été sensible à sa gentillesse et générosité . L appartement était vraiment au delà de nos attentes très propre , un balcon avec superbe vue sur la mer (incroyable) calme , et toutes les commodités à proximité . A 3 min de la plage à pied . Vraiment parfait . Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour passer des vacances paisibles loin du monde .

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Trogir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Supermarkt und Apotheke in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten haben uns überzeugt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die großzügige Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht – besonders beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer kleinen Wanne ausgestattet, was das Duschen zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig machte. Mit ein wenig Übung war das jedoch kein Problem und hat unser Urlaubserlebnis keineswegs negativ beeinflusst. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ziemlich steil – sieht jedoch schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Auch mit einem Kombi war sie problemlos zu bewältigen und wurde schnell zur Routine auf dem Weg zu unseren Ausflüge

Apartamento grande, muito confortável, com estacionamento, muito perto da ponte para a cidade velha. A anfitriã é extremamente delicada e gentil.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben und die Komminikation ist sehr gut! Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

We stayed in Mijo’s apartment for 6 nights and it was great experience .The apartment is really new and well furnished with everything you may need for even long stays. You can enjoy breathtaking sea views from the balcony. In just a few minutes from the apartment you will find calm beach with pines and boat to Trogir old town. Mijo is a great host and really responsible person. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and treated us as his friends. He provided a travel cot and a high chair for our baby. I hope we come back again for longer period.

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Split. The location was ideal for us — close enough to walk easily to town, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the beach. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a view we will never forget. Igor was a wonderful host, very kind and helpful, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for food and drinks in town! Highly recommend and hope we can make it back someday.

Ich durfte einen Monat in Lila’s und Borko’s Apartment verbringen und habe die Zeit sehr genossen. Beide sind sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber und versorgen den Gast mit allem, was für einen sorgenfreien, entspannten und schönen Aufenthalt notwenig ist. Bei längeren Aufenthalten wird auch zwischendrin die Wohnung makellos gereinigt. Der Blick aus den Dachfenstern ist traumhaft, da sich die Wohnung fast am höchsten bebauten Punkt befindet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Man kann sich jeden Tag aufs Neue entscheiden, ob man lieber durch die kleinen, lebendigen Gassen mit zahlreichen Restaurant runter zur Riva schlendert oder doch in den großen Marjan Park, der direkt oberhalb der Wohnung beginnt. Man ist also genau in der Mitte zwischen Stadt und Natur. Hier finden sich auch viele schöne, kleine Buchten und Strände. Mein Favorit war der Kasjuni Beach. Ich habe mit bei Lila und Borko sehr wohl gefühlt und würde mich freuen, bald wieder zurückzukehren.

Tolle Lage, perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt nur etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, ideal, um Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist lebendig, aber trotzdem ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles da, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert!
