Holiday rentals with beach access in Mastrinka

Ante was a perfect host. Very easy to communicate with and he even gave us toothpaste and toothbrushes when we arrived on Sunday as we didn't know that shops very closed that day. The airbnb was small, but perfect for us as we mostly spent our time on thr beach or walking/highling.

We loved staying at this place on our trip through Croatia! Ivana, Ljubica and especially Toto were very welcoming!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

Kaštel Stari was truly a hidden gem! Only 15 min drive from Trogir and about 20-25 min from Split Marina. Perfect to explore around but quiet place to stay and relax if you want. The beautiful beach was just steps away, so convenient. There is coffee, ice cream, market, lots of restaurants and they even had a small public market outside our window in the courtyard! Locals were also super friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again. A unique stay within 300 year old walls and old town. Jelena was a great host and super responsive! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was to a very high standard and comfortable. Zeljka couldn't have been more helpful - from booking right through to the time of our stay and departure. The beach is just a two minute walk down the steps and it's very easy to get an Uber to Trogir in the evening for restaurants. A wonderful stay - we had a fantastic time exploring the island, coves and nearby Split. Highly recommended!

A very nice and fully furnished apartment with a large terrace. We had booked at short notice and were positively surprised by the comfortable and tasteful apartment. Only about 100 m away from the sea, a steep road down and between the rocks a flat entrance with pebbles, completely sufficient for us. Sometimes the flight operations from Split Airport (Trogir) are a bit disturbing.

If I could give Adi and his more than five stars, I would. 🌟 The drawer was great. I was there for 1.5 weeks without a car, visited beaches, took boat trips, went diving🤿. Scooters can also be rented and the old town was wonderful. So, a lot can be reached on foot or by Uber. Also, many restaurants were great, e.g. La Cucina on the river side. The apartment was also great, everything is as described and with the large window it was almost like a balcony. Really relaxing there. I have been travelling with Airbnb apartments for almost ten years and Adi was one of the very best hosts. Always available, especially helpful, courteous and friendly! I'd love to come back!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

The proximity to the beach was brilliant- it was very clean and lovely to snorkel and saw lots of fish. It was close to Split and Trogir and Krka, all of which we would recommend. We weren’t really bothered by the proximity to the airport- couldn’t hear it at all inside. The outdoor space was lovely in the dappled shade of the olive trees. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Review I’ve never stayed in such a beautiful and well-appointed villa before. It was incredibly comfortable and there were so many thoughtful touches. The pool was wonderful and our two young children thoroughly enjoyed it. Helena and her family went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. Bikes were provided which allowed us to get to the shops without a car. We made good use of the local pizzeria, but also enjoyed Helena’s recommendations further afield, such as Franka restaurant in Trogir. Proximity to the airport was really useful. There’s a lovely beach nearby and a beach bar. Would love to stay longer next time. Thank you Helena and hope we’ll see you again soon.

This was a multigenerational trip, and three generations loved our stay! Vinko was helpful, kind, and an all-around exceptional host! The apartment is beautiful and well cared for!

We really enjoyed our stay. Ivan is a great host and he answered all my questions. Self check-in was very easy. Everything was very clean. We prefered to park at the private parking lot at the main street that belongs to the house and is in 3 minutes walking distance to the house. In front of the house are two bars, so you can hear people talk and laugh, but if you close the windows it is really quiet. You should keep in mind, that the house is quite small and minimalistic, so there is not much space for your clothes and you'll probably leave your belongings in your suitcase. The rooftop is beautiful. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. In 1 minute you are at the ocean. In 4 minutes at the beach (stone beach). 10min by car is a LIDL (big supermarket). Great for doing trips to Trogir or Split. I would definitly book again! Thank you very much Ivan!

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

We stayed in Mijo’s apartment for 6 nights and it was great experience .The apartment is really new and well furnished with everything you may need for even long stays. You can enjoy breathtaking sea views from the balcony. In just a few minutes from the apartment you will find calm beach with pines and boat to Trogir old town. Mijo is a great host and really responsible person. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and treated us as his friends. He provided a travel cot and a high chair for our baby. I hope we come back again for longer period.

Great location, perfect for a short stay! The property is only about a 10 minute walk from the city center, ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!
