Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Villa Marin - first row by the sea

Villa Marin is situated in the first row by the sea. Pool is 8x4x1,4 meters. You can enjoy beautiful blue sea from all rooms. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
