The proximity to the train station was just wonderful. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. It is a bit far from tourist spots but was not an issue. Overall satisfied ☺️☺️

Everything we needed was there and everything was thoroughly cleaned. We would only prefer to be closer to the city center but pricewise this was the smartest option. Pierre was also very helpful in all regards. I lost my phone during my stay and he tried to help as best as he could. Overall 5/5, recommend!

Very clean and well placed accommodation.

Jérôme and Caroline's accommodation is a great apartment perfect for short or medium stays. It is really very close to the castle and not so far from the left bank train station allowing a quick arrival from Paris. The neighborhood is quiet and very cute just like the accommodation. Jérôme and Caroline were perfect in the exchanges we had.

The location of the apartment was perfect for me (hospitalisation nearby), the neighbourhood is lively: the opera square with media library and art and experimental cinema, plus nice little shops make the place pleasant. The apartment is nice and the bedding is good quality.

Had a pleasant stay. The studio is very well equipped and quiet and a minute's walk from the main street and its shops. Thanks to Maxence for his responsiveness to my requests.

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the centre of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
