Brand new and modern luxury villa in the exclusive Meloneras area, a few meters from leisure areas. It has a private pool with a Jacuzzi and submerged hammocks, 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and TV, 4 bathrooms, a garden, a large living room overlooking the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, Wi-Fi, a barbecue area with an outdoor dining room, a chill-out area, a fitness area, and parking. Views of the Dunes and Maspalomas Lighthouse from the terrace of the Suite.

Large sofa bed in the living room. Optional cribs. Capacity for up to 5-6 people. Fully equipped kitchen, appliances, tableware and kitchen. 2 terraces, one of them with children's area. Access to rural road at the door of the complex. It is part of a private estate with 4 independent houses.

Great flat at 3th floor( 4th real )of a retro building in second line of beach. No lift as this is a residential building and lifts are not common in this area and only required from 5th floor. Amazing sea view and just 1 min walk to the promenade and beach at lower level. The flat is completely new with air conditioning ( not usual here) due too high expensive electricity rent prices are little bit higher. Hello, my Canarian husband and I would be happy to spend some time with you. Our home is some typical Canarian houses, of which the lower one is a guesthouse. Here you can freely choose whether you want to have company or stay alone. Since we ourselves have animals, your little companions are also welcome. Children are also welcome.
