Perfect little cottage!! This exquisite home has so much beauty and detail. Unlike most rental properties, we have everything we could’ve needed-including cleaning supplies, coffee, extra linens and more. Beds were wonderful (which is always a plus). Host was super responsive and accommodating. Back yard perfect for any age. Such a relaxing weekend that felt like home! Would absolutely book again…

My husband and I truly enjoyed staying at the SoKno Retreat. The house was decorated beautifully and was pristine. We felt right at home and we were sad that we couldn’t stay longer. Dustin was a great host! We would recommend this place to everyone we know!

The house is in a wonderful location for those who want things to do in a larger town, those who enjoy the outdoors, and also those looking to drive tail of the dragon. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything that is expected.

Beverly was very pleasant and friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The accommodations were beautiful. The room is clean and tidy. She supplied a lot of items in the kitchen and bathroom. It's a perfect get away for a couple interested in lying back and enjoying nature. The area was very private and quite. Restaurants are a short drive away. Upon leaving, we spoke with Beverly again and she thanked us for coming and invited us to come again. We will definitely book it again just to get away for a few days to relax. The place was beautiful and clean and all the my toddler and I needed. He loved steeping into the River outside the INN. We watched Blippi, handyman Hal and Katie’s Classroom inside the pub connected to where we stayed. Everyone was friendly and it’s bike friendly. We rode the 11mile Cades Cove loop on bike and we went to Tuckaleechee Caverns and it was truly a magical stay and media Teton for us.

John was a wonderful and friendly host. We loved the bagels and OJ and the home was very comfortable and clean. We felt the space was much bigger than the pictures suggested, which was a wonderful surprise. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful natural surroundings, but still very close to freeway access, which was like a little hidden gem. Thank you John for a comfortable stay!

Vickie's private studio was an absolute gem! The pictures truly don't do this place justice; it's even more charming and comfortable in person. We were immediately struck by how peaceful and quiet the apartment was, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of traveling to Knoxville. Vickie herself was an outstanding host and an amazing person – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her place is the gold standard for what every Airbnb experience should be: immaculately clean, well-appointed, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. We cannot recommend this studio enough and will definitely be staying with Vickie again on our next trip to Knoxville!

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for a short two night stay. It’s located in a beautiful area.

He was even able to accommodate my request for an early check-in as I had a function to attend that night and needed to get ready. Overall, it was a very pleasurable weekend . Beautiful place to stay with an incredible view. It was quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle in Gatlinburg below. If you’re not afraid of heights, you’re on the top!

Excellent place to stay, beautiful well designed/decorated duplex in very walkable quiet neighborhood, close to hiking/running trails. John and Amanda were super quick to respond to questions and take care of a small issue we had on the last night. Overall: loved it, would stay again!

My boyfriend and I love this cute studio! We would definitely come back and book again ☺️ the area was nice and peaceful and close to a lot of place! I definitely recommend it and the mattress is SUPER comfortable.

This location was perfect if you plan to visit the campus. Once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Mary was very attentive to make sure we did not need anything or have any questions. We will definitely be returning!
