Perfect little cottage!! This exquisite home has so much beauty and detail. Unlike most rental properties, we have everything we could’ve needed-including cleaning supplies, coffee, extra linens and more. Beds were wonderful (which is always a plus). Host was super responsive and accommodating. Back yard perfect for any age. Such a relaxing weekend that felt like home! Would absolutely book again…

We were very happy with Stella's house. It had everything we needed plus more. We only stayed a few days but we hope to be back for a longer stay. It was near restaurants and grocery store for those who want to cook. Starbucks was easy to find. But Stella had coffee makers also.

We all enjoyed the stay. Was perfect for two couples as the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house. The home was clean and quiet. Nice neighborhood. Very convenient location. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The front drive is steep. After checking in we used the alley to drive in which was easier. Liz was very responsive. Would recommend!

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! The house is in a wonderful location for those who want things to do in a larger town, those who enjoy the outdoors, and also those looking to drive tail of the dragon. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything that is expected.

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!

Wonderful, friendly, and responsive host! Apartment itself was exactly as described. The walls were quite thin; you can hear your neighbors very clearly. That being said, the host has made a point to emphasize quiet hours, which were mostly respected by the other guests.

They have done an exceptional remodeling job on buildings that have many years on them. Other than the unit, the hosts were also exceptional. Feedback to any questions was truly immediate. How refreshing it was to receive such service.

Very conveniently located within Townsend, which is quaint and has a good selection of restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, etc. Studio was as described and they provided bathroom and kitchen amenity kits, which were helpful. Would recommend for an affordable but reliable stay when visiting the area!

We have stayed at The Loft before and enjoyed both stays. Love that it is private yet close to the main house if needed, great parking, above garage apt and perfect for couple or small family. Love the beautiful bathroom with a Great shower !! Kitchen has all you need and Karen left us snacks which really helped after a long drive. Bed is very comfortable along with tv and WiFi. Love the porch with coffee in the morning. Watch the birds and bunnies !! We will definitely be back !!!

This stay was everything we needed and more! Tucked away on the peaceful side of the Smokies, the apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We spent our mornings rocking on the deck with coffee overlooking the river, and our evenings around the fire pit under the stars — pure bliss. The pool was crystal clear and a perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the host is kind and helpful. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home, this is it. Already dreaming of coming back!

This home has everything you need plus more. The decor was fantastic! Cleanliness was top notch. Jeanine also left complimentary snacks and coffee. Such a nice touch! We came in for Father’s Day and my Dad came over and we had plenty of room to hang out inside and outside. We went to Dancing Bear Lodge for dinner which is only 2 miles down the road and it was phenomenal! Great home, great location, great hospitality! I highly recommend! Thank you Jeanine!

We enjoyed staying at Cades Cove condo #250. Liked the amenities, location, and paved walking path access. Shelia was very responsive to questions and communications. Would stay here again.
